It was a great experience to work with City Roofing. They were punctual, very very professional, and also very well priced. It’s not easy to find a company with all these qualities in Miami but City Roofing has them all. They’re also all very very nice people, kind and courteous! I highly recommend them!!!!

They were fairly responsive. Their agent came and took measurements and details. He was very courteous and professional. However, they did not submit a quote. I called to follow up and the sales agent (she was very nice) said that they did not send in a quote because they were not sure about one aspect of the job. I decided to remove that particular aspect and they said they would send me a quote. However, that is now about two weeks ago. They said that they are very busy and would not be able to commence a job prior to 30 days from the signing of a contract. I guess that they have the luxury to pick and choose their jobs. Oh well.

City Roofing sent an inspector, took a picture and they sent me an estimate. I accepted it, they came and did the job, in a very professional and friendly way.

City Roofing had an inspector at our house within a few days of contacting them and they were able to get us an estimate a few days after that. Additionally, unlike other companies, they were able to schedule the repair for the following week. The repair crew showed up as scheduled. As they began their work, they discovered a second area that had a leak. Anaiz in the central office contacted me and discussed our options and provided a quote on the spot for the additional work. After we agreed to the extra work, they added a third person to the repair crew and had both areas repaired in the two days they had originally quoted. The crew also took pictures and provided additional documentation to support our successful insurance claim. Overall, very happy with our experience!

My experience from beginning to end was excellent. I had so many questions and they were available to answer my questions even after hours. I needed the job done fast and affordable and I got both. Thank you for your professionalism and availability.

They arrived as scheduled for the estimate which was impressive. The estimate was delivered by email as promised in a timely manner. When I accepted, they sent the contract by email in a way I could sign it online. Impressive during this Covid-19 pandemic. They were able to do the job within a week of signing. They arrived on time, worked diligently until finished and left the area clean of debris. Overall, it was a good experience.

From start to finish, City Roofing was thorough and professional. The problems were more substantial than we initially thought. Raul and Mario documented it, explained it thoroughly and kept us informed throughout. Anaiz ran the show from the office and was also on top of our project daily. We were very pleased, and recommend City Roofing without hesitation.

This is an overdue review. Hired them to replace our flat roof that was probably 30 years old with multiple leaks. It's been almost a year since the job was done and I am extremely satisfied with the job that was done.

City Roofing was very professional, and quickly examined and estimated the cost of my project. In particular, Anaiz Rocha constantly kept me posted on the status of the job contract, and ensured all details of the job were included in the work order. Wonderful, from the beginning to the end they were complete professionals. They showed me pics from the start 'till the end of the complete repair process. Especially, Natasha Rufin who is their customer service professional. She kept constant communication with me throughout my loan process and gave me professional advice as to what my best options were. Overall, my experience was great and I'd recommend them to my friends.

They were prompt to respond and provide and estimate. They were able to schedule the work a week earlier than estimated. The replacement work was completed in just 2 days and likely could have been done in a single day if not for weather problems in the afternoon. The technician was very knowledge and even help educate me in roofing, as I asked him his opinion on a few matters roofing related.

I had an excellent experience with City Roofing from start to finish. Anaiz Rocha was my main point of contact in the office and was extremely helpful, professional and proactive with my case. She even assisted me, on very short notice, with an emergency request for a tarp to hold us over until the day they were scheduled to do the full repair. She also responded to all my inquiries, including on weekends. The repair technicians that came out were also as good as advertised, they were courteous, conscientious about leaving everything clean, and were extremely informative about the nature of the problem I was encountering. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with every part of the process.

Great...it cost me more after the estimate. There was more damage than assessed. But the company did a great job.

Everything went as smoothly as could be. I contacted My City Roofing because I've known the owner, Mario, since we were children and his lovely wife, Candy, since high school. From day one, my husband and I knew we were in great hands. JC and Orlando were so helpful and thorough in explain the process, available choices, prices, etc. Natasha was A-one from the pre-construction meeting and through the whole process; she checked in regularly, and kept us aware of every step. Natalie was very helpful with scheduling as well. Pedro and Roly and their teams were exceptional. They worked so hard and efficiently. The entire roof was done in 2 weeks and we passed every inspection with absolutely no issues. I would absolutely recommend My City Roofing to everyone and will always sing their praises to anyone who will listen. Thank you guys!!!!

The company was at my home when promised. The work was expertly and rapidly done, the work area was cleaned afterward and as soon as the work was completed I received pictures of the completed Job. I have used City Roofing before and they have always completed the work in the same manner. It’s an excellent company and they do great work.

City Roof was very professional. They respond in 30 minutes from I contacted and the following day do all repair.

Tiles were removed in area around chimney. Rotten lumber was replaced. Modified roof cement was applied as necessary. Roof tiles new replaced. Two coats of stucco were applied to entire outside chimney area and final texture of stucco given to match existing texture in the outside walls of the house. All work was done in 3 working days. Everything was done in a prompt and professional manner. Extremely satisfied with results of project

Everything was handled in a timely manner. workers were quiet, professional and arrived on time each day. Very nice and would definitely recommend.

The repairmen did a great job of showing me pictures of the leak in the attic, the damaged wood that was replaced, and pictures of each step of the repair. I felt very comfortable with the work they had done.
