The workers were very professionals

The services went great. They were very courteous. They made sure we had everything we needed, and that we understood our contract.

He used dimensional shingles. He did a good job. He followed up well. At the end of the project, some minor adjustments were needed which he came out to look at. He sent someone the very same day to have the adjustments made. I would highly recommend him.

Erick is incredible. He goes above and beyond in everything he does. We have had a leak in our house for a few years, I always thought it was the roof. Today after determining it was not the roof, he stayed and water tested the whole area until he found the source, which turns out to be the window, this whole time. We have had three different companies come out to diagnose it and Erick is the first to actually take the time trouble shoot and find the root of the problem. He is the man!

I was scorned from the previous roofer I had hired to install my new skylights, who had completely screwed up the job. I called City and with in an hour I had an appointment set up with Erick ( who is amazing) they had also emailed me a copy of their license and insurance with out me having to ask for it. Erick came out and diagnosed the situation. He is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He sent a crew right away and they were able to correct the mess I was left with after KNS ROOFING couldn't do the job they were hired (and paid) to do. City is extremely neat, organized, and true professionals. They finished the job in two days. They went above and beyond, and I am so happy they were able to come to the rescue. I strongly recommend this company based on my experience with them and how efficiently they recovered a previously disastrous experience.

We called City Roofing and within the week had an appt. Erick Luis was very thorough in inspecting our roof as well as provide us with an estimate of replacing our skylights. The existing skylights were over 20 years old and one was starting to leak. The work was done the following week without incidence. At the time the estimate was provided, we told Erick we were also getting the house tented for termites. He generously came after tenting to insure no damage was done to the roof tiles. I would highly recommend Erick Luis for his professionalism, and extreme knowledge and workmanship. Too many times you get someone to do work and it is not done right. This is not the case with City Roofing.

We contacted City Roofing & Construction Inc. via Angie?s List. They had an impressive number of positive reviews. Mario came over to our house to give us an estimate of the repair. We have two solar panels for the hot water and the leak was close to them. He gave us an estimate but we were concerned with the cost. He had two of the company?s most experience roofers come out and survey the job. He then gave us another estimate. We have had a lot bad experiences with contractors since we moved to Miami and we told him that. He said that we could trust him. They started the work as promised and they found that the damage was more extensive than anticipated. They hired a plumber to disconnect the solar panels. They did not charge us one more penny than what they had estimated. The job repair took longer than expected but understandably so. Lastly, there was a small gap where the roof meets the wall that was caused by warping. They came back on a Saturday even though it was out the job scope and took care of it. Their staff (Jackie, Inmer, Javier y Pedro) are fantastic kind of people. I would highly recommend City Roofing & Construction Inc. to family or anyone looking for quality roofing work at fair prices, a rarity in Miami. I don't often bother to write reviews but was so impressed with their level of competency and customer service that it was worthy of praise.

In order to have the fascia repaired, I had to find a company to remove an aluminum roof first, have the fascia repaired and the roof put back in place. On the date the work was to be done, the company who was to remove the roof decided that they made an error and were not able to do the job. Mario, the owner of City Roofing was so gracious and understanding and assured me that City Roofing was still committed to do the repair on the fascia. Mario even tried to come up with possible candidates to do the removal of the roof. I am very satisfied with the repair done on the fascia by City Roofing and I am very impressed by the customer service I received. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a company more dedicated to a successful completion of a project like Mario Famada and his company City Roofing. Their customers are their number one priority!

They were absolutely wonderful. They provided me with an estimate within 24 hours and he also gave me his cell number in case I needed to contact him. He was very professionally and him and his crew were very nice people. The gentleman that did most of the work on top, was exceptionally aware of detail and after the job was done, they left my home looking immaculate. They were a pleasure to do business with and Eric was absolutely superb.

They're very hands-on with getting back in touch with you. Very good and responding fast. They did every thing they were asked and more. They were neat and took care of the property. Very personable also. They also call to follow up on their work to make sure everything was still okay. They were definitely "there for me" and I could tell they really cared about me.

Professional experience from day one. I hired his company not only because the pricing was very competitive but because they are honest. I was looking at purchasing a different house and was was worried the roof might have some issues. I asked for 3 different contractors to come by, and only one told me the roof was in great shape and not to waste my money. It was a pleasure dealing with Erick Luis , Customer Service Rep. since the moment I've called, which it was a Friday, and repair was done on Monday right after it. Erick was prompt, honest and accurate on his estimate. Price was fair and within range. His three man crew brought new Skylight on Monday , on the agreed time, the people was polite and correct keeping me informed on every step on the removal and new installation; they even fixed the flat roof around the skylight, as an add-on service. Work was finished in just one and half hours. Then, early next day Erick stopped by the house to inspect installation inside-out and provide all necessary pictures, Invoice and paperwork to show my Insurance Company. Erick was always available by phone, SMS or email. Also, Candy Caboverde at their main office was very helpful through the process. City Roofing is a top-notch Contractor, highly recommended, with an excellent know-how at reasonable prices. Definitely will hire them again when a roofing need arises.

Timely, professional service, same day quote and scheduled service - the crew came the next week. Did the work in an excellent manner, even matched my paint on the areas that needed patching. They left the worksite neat and tidy. City was the only one of three companies who came out to bid that identified the true issue of the leaks coming from the wall and not the roof. Mario who came to inspect and gave us the quote was professional and knowledgeable. Both Mario and the crew who made the repairs called me to let me know exactly what time they would arrive and arrived as expected. Although the roof is 20 years old, the owner, Mario inspected it and said after the small repairs, the roof could last a few more years and didn't need to be replaced. I loved his honesty, as he clearly could have recommended a new roof. Everyone I dealt with in the company, from the office staff to the actual roofers, were exceptional. I hired City Roofing to install a new roof on my townhouse. After bad experiences in the past I was wary, but they were very professional and responsive. Eric got the process started right away. The actual installment took about a week and a half to finish. The only problem I had was water leaking in the house one day during heavy rain. I pointed this out to them and they fixed the issue. I haven't had any leakage in my house at all since, and it has rained quite a bit this summer. Due to some permit issues with my AC the project took a bit longer to close out than originally anticipated, but this was not the fault of City Roofing. They were very understanding and patient while I sorted those issues out. Other than that the process was straight-forward with no problems or complications from their end. I would definitely hire them again and have already recommended them to others.
