It was good service. They are very professional. The only thing I had a problem with was the pricing. The overall quality of the service was great. I asked him about another part of the roof and he said it would be cheaper to do it myself, so that was pretty honest and fair. It didn't take them long. They took pictures and everything to prove what they did.

It was fine. They did a beautiful job on the roof. At the end they had a hard time getting around to it because they had other jobs, but they got it done. We had solar panels on the roof so to do their work they had to take them off. They put them back on better than they were before. We also had a solar hot water heater on our roof so they also worked around that. They worked with the solar man and were very good about that. We did not get any other estimates because I had them do repairs on our roof several years ago so I just called them. It got a little busy at the end. I liked the work they did . It was fine. A lot of the workers spoke Spanish, but there was nothing that caused us not to get along.

They were A. I have a very short tolerance for disaster so they've been an A ever since.

They did a wonderful job and they’re fantastic! They were dependable, they showed up when they were supposed to and they got the job done in a timely fashion. The boss was on site and he watched over everything and everyone working.

They are fine. Great company. We use them all the time. We've never had a problem with them, ever. They show up on time. They do what they say they are going to do. I don't think I've ever had to call them back to do anything. They do it right the first time.

They did a great job. Two people came out and took three hours. They left it very clean.

There was two people and it took one day. They solved the problem and it hasn't come back since.

Very well, they came out right away and resolved the problem even though it was just before Christmas. I plan on using them to put on a new roof on my house.

They told me the broken tiles could just be sealed, not replaced and they did that at a lower price. The pressure cleaning went well and also the painting. They were prompt and did a very good job.

The serviceman, Amaru, came looked at the spot and checked in the attic before going on the roof. He found the leak as well as two other spots where the wood under the shingles was starting to rot. He said most of the roof was in good condition, explained what exactly needed to be done and how long it would take to complete. He came with a crew and did all the work in two days, as had been his estimate. He provided pictures of the job before, during and after completion. I was very pleased by their courteous attention and by the way they did the job.

The roofing crew was punctual and very polite. The job was completed on time. I was very pleased and would recommend their services to others.

Mario is highly professional. He is prompt to all appointments. He takes his time to talk with the customer and explain things until the customer is satisfied. Mario scheduled several sit down ,talk calmly, appointments with me and my wife. Twice at the beginning of the process and one full follow-up appointment. He also came and checked up on the work each day. When we picked some tiles we liked out of the catalog, Mario had samples delivered to our door to examine. Mario and Candy kept us updated every step of the way with emails and phone calls. They were always available by phone or email to address any concerns. Candy sent photos of the work. During the construction, the workers were courteous and respectful. They allowed me to examine their work and even stop them to ask questions or let me take photos. I had a few concerns during the job. Mario made himself available and addressed the issues fully. Either he explained something to my satisfaction, or he would have his workers fix the problem, even redoing something that I was not satisfied with. This was all done respectfully and completely. Mario even spent extra time with me making sure that I could get a great discount on my homeowner's insurance. Candy and the office staff were helpful and flexible when it came to billing and invoicing. I background checked all of the licenses and insurance companies. City Roofing was not the least expensive quote that I got for my roof. But, I very much appreciated the high customer service, the family atmosphere of the office staff and the workers on the site, and the assurance that I had of their professionalism that they could back up. I'm willing to pay a little extra for that treatment and peace of mind. Well Done City Roofing

Very professional and was 100% happy with everything until I received the estimate. The estimate was 100% higher than the 3 other quotes I received. Because of this I feel like it is my responsibility to write a bad review. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me.

Absolutely superb. The family run business provided excellent pre-work consultation and provided to us solutions tailored for our needs. The work crew were exceptional and skilled. We hardly heard them and when they left for the day, their clean-up left our home environs as if they had not been there. This alone is a superlative rarely found. We highly recommend City Roofing!

After several quotes and estimates, I decided to have City Roofing replace the roof on my house, and I am so HAPPY I chose them. They were very professional and everyone I had contact with was wonderful from Candy, Mario, JC, Amanda, to the site manager and crew. First, JC came out to survey the job, take pictures of the outside and even go up into the attic to take pictures to see if there was water damage inside. By the way, he was the only one who did this, the other roofing companies only looked at the outside of my roof. Even though, City Roofing’s estimate was more than any of the other roofers’ (but City Roofing also offered more benefits,) and after reading their many terrific reviews, I decided to place my roof in their hands. And I am so very happy I did!! The roofing crew was very careful to cover my pool, protect my plants, and clean up every day. They took pictures as the work progressed so I could see what had been done. There were a few snags along the way because of bad weather, but City Roofing took care of everything to my satisfaction. Whenever I had a problem or concern and called Candy, she would always return my calls as soon as possible. I feel that is very important that the owner gets back to you. My concerns were always her concerns and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend City Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof for their home. If you want a company that treats you like family, and takes care of any and all problems along the way to completing your new roof, hire City Roofing, they are the best!!

Quote given quickly. It was far better price than the other quote I received for the same work. Communication from office was very professional and exceeded my expectations. Work scheduled easily and quickly. Work completed with no problems. Clean up was great. They emailed me pictures of the roof work for my records. The only negative is that the workers did not speak English, so I had to call the City Roofing office to ask for a translation. They provide a 1 year warranty on labor and materials so we will see how the work holds up.
