City Roofing gets a lot of positive reviews on Angie's List because it is well deserved. They were fantastic. They took care of all the things we needed done. We were well informed throughout the process including photos. They all take pride in their work and you can tell. Jackie at the office was super nice and truly appreciated my business, even though it was a relatively small job. The guys who came out - Angel, Mario and crew - were wonderful. They protected my stuff and maintained a super clean work site. My roof looks amazing! I would absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

Everything went well, we had a roof leak, now that the summer is approaching hopefully we won't see any more leaks.

Our experience in all aspects with City Roofing, is what you should expect when you deal with professionals. Our first contact with the firm was with Jackie Espinosa, and after a phone conversation we had regarding our roof leak, she provided some insight on what the crew scheduled to come out and inspect, might find. The day of the meet, City Roofing was on time, I met with Imer and Javier gave them what background I had (e.g., another roofing company, handyman, including myself at one point in time had tried to contain the leak), let them inspect, confer with one another and then brief me (including photos) on what was needed to repair the leak. They took that information back to their office and Jackie provided me with a timely and what I consider a fair estimate. The job was scheduled and took 2 days to complete. Imer, Javier and Julio did the repair. Each day they were on time and each night they left our home picked up and neat. The crew took photos of each phase of the project, which Jackie provided to us at job closeout. The quality of the job done is nothing short of crackerjack. Thank you City Roofing (and a personal thanks to Jackie, Imer, Javier and Julio for taking great care of our castle).

They are reliable, they're on time, they do their work, and whatever they tell you they're going to do, they do.

Anyone reading this should know I usually don't have time for reviews so I'm making a big exception here. I cannot say enough great things about City Roofing. The first thing I needed was an emergency repair after a huge rainstorm brought rain into my house. They were there immediately. The roof was old and probably the cause of on-going leaks that I needed a proper repair for. Again they were there immediately and, although they gave me a good estimate for repair I decided to do the whole roof given the age. They prepared an incredibly detailed estimate with photos of my roof from every direction, showing and explaining everything that would be done. They gave 3 options to choose from (high, medium, low) so it was easy to make a decision on the spot as to how much or little I wanted to invest in the job in terms of additional protection/features. Even the high option was very reasonable and now I have additional mitigations for my insurance. They were in contact with me every day, sat down with me on several occasions, returned my phone calls and emails very quickly, left shingle samples with me to help me submit to my HOA, filled out my HOA form with me, had the permit within a week, and were finished (beginning to end) in a week...unbelievable! I was very impressed with their knowledge of the industry (special shout out to Candy) and their attentiveness to detail. I was going to have my siding replaced after the roof repair (not the optimal order but City Roofing was much quicker than the siding company) and they even installed some siding so that the roof was properly in place for the construction to come. I only had one concern the whole time, which was not even their issue, but they took care of it for me immediately, no questions. I needed to replace my gutters as well and they facilitated the whole thing for me. Other pluses: discounts for new jobs, priority assistance after hurricanes (limited), mitigation inspection, etc. They go all out and I appreciate that. Since City Roofing replaced my roof I have had several people stop by to admire it and and ask me who did the work. Above all, City Roofing is an ethical company, which is rare these days. After dealing with my fare share of fly-by-nights it is so refreshing to be able to work with a company like City Roofing. They care about the community, not just their customers. I hope they inspire other companies to follow suit. If they so we will all be much better off for it. If it wasn't obvious, I HIGHLY recommend City Roofing!

Incredible company, professional, efficient, courteous..City Roofing may God bless your company.Approximately 1 year ago my daughter in law came down with cancer of the brain liver and stomach at the age of 37 years old, I took temp custody of her children my grand children ages ranging for 13 years to 9 years of age ..we experienced lots of hardships, my roof began to leak into my living room..I entered the Ginger Bread xmas project that City Roofing was offering to one family a year who had extreme needs, I won, City Roofing came in installed a brand new roof at no cost to me..had a party at my house for my neighbors in celebration of this new roof..brought gifts to me and my grand children..food drinks music by 99 jam. face painting for the children in the neighborhood etc., it was truly an amazing day..our hearts were impacted,still blown away.many still look at the roof and say "God is so good" by this company.its owners living our the scriptures right in front of our eyes.where Jesus says " Love one another as I have loved you, and love your neighbor as yourselves...this reinforced my faith in God, that Gods people are still here in this troubling world where there is so much selfishness and greed...that in my darkest moment they brought light..Thank you City Roofing from the bottom of my heart, may God bless your families your business.

This company was a true pleasure to deal with from the beginning to the end. Dealing with the office (Jackie) in getting an estimate, working on a schedule to getting the job done was extremely easy, professional and customer focused all the way - A1A - Thank You Jackie!! The roof technician (Mario) was awesome when first providing the estimate and level of explanation. He is a very honest and sincere in all his detailed explanation. Mario and his helper also did the whole job as promised and being there observing I noticed the workmanship was the best including the materials used. Mario was never in a hurry and kept checking every step to make sure everything was being completed correctly. They are very clean throughout the repair process and continually kept gathering and removing any debris and trash. At the end of the job they provide pictures of their findings before starting, along the way and at the completion. I had at least four different roofers work on this leak over the years and after six months the leak came back. I am sure this time Mario nailed it "no pun intended" I never write reviews but not doing so this time with City Roofing would be disservice on my part. I highly recommend this company based on my experience

Initially, it was thought to be a small job but it turned out to be a bit more complicated. The wood was severely damaged and the area was bigger than thought. Unfortunately, the initial quote needed to be adjusted. I had chosen this company since their quote was in the middle of the other 2. It turned out to cost more than the highest quote. The work was done quickly and well. I was satisfied with the process.

This has been hands down the best experience I have ever had with a roofing contractor. Excellent customer service, very professional and courteous staff. Punctual, exemplary job as promised and without delays. They state the work the next day after I agreed with the estimate. Very reasonable prices. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family without hesitation. For your roofing needs in the Miami are do not waste your time with any other roofing contractors, call City Roofing and you will experience the difference, as I did.

Excellent work and attention to detail when dealing with me as the customer. They go above and beyond the basics of what is required. I would hire them again and will refer others.

You always judge a company by the way it treats its employees, which in turn shows how it treats its customers. City Roofing is such a company. I could not praise them enough for the outstanding work, cleanliness at the end of each day, and attention to details. If all companies perform the way City Roofing does, we would never have a workmanship issue or customer complaint. Kudos!

The price for the amount of tiles I guess was appropriate. When they brought the tile for the roof, they brought a completely different color. I did not want that, so they took the tile and they painted it to match my roof and I thought that was pretty good. They were Spanish. Communication is always a problem sometimes when you're limited Spanish-speaking, but they did their very best to understand exactly what I wanted and what I was saying, and so they were able to follow me. They cleaned up everything, they even blew my driveway. The best thing is the fact that they took the time to go to a Home Depot or wherever they had to go to get some paint to match the tile and took their time and painted it, without any type of problem as far as not showing that they didn't want to do it or whatever else and then the fact that they cleaned up very well, which is a problem sometimes with different companies.

For price, I would give A because I did a lot of research. I have recommended them to others because they did such a good job. It is hard to find Miami people that say they will be there at 9 and show up at 9. They are very good. Everybody was very professional, they were punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. I had a positive experience with them. I have had negatives experiences with others but for me, they were great. I have nothing bad to say about them.

Considering the scope of the task, quite well. There were a few glitches along the way, but nothing too serious.

They did a stupendous job. They kept their word and they did what they were supposed to do, they kept their price, they shared [02:19] they actually sent us photos of the work as it was coming on which was nice. It was all done. We were out of town and it was taken care of. It was just over the phone. The young man that my husband spoke to was very good.

They were awesome. They had incredible customer service. They were very responsive and exceptionally professional for the Miami area. They go above and beyond and they are so friendly!

It was very reasonable on the pricing the fact that it was done at the last minute. The owner, Mario was amazing. I have recommended them also. They are very punctual, very courteous, and professional. Mario is usually the one that goes out and inspects the job site first, and then he sends in a crew if necessary. Whatever he says is going to be done is what gets done, no surprises.

The first time I used them was in 2010. I liked the owner. He and I had lots in common, we talked about saving water and doing a bunch of things. He is a very nice and I went back to him because I wanted him to do my roof.

They did good. Did a good job, they took photos of everything that they were doing and showed me everything all the damages and repairs. They were all friendly, nice.
