The representative they sent out spoke very little English and we speak very little Spanish so there was a lack of communication so we could understand wht they were telling us. Then, at 12:36 AM the next morning, I received an email saying that they could not do the job. This was after they originally told me that they did do this type of work. I had asked specifically if they did this kind of work when I asked for the quote. I just thought this was very unprofessional to leave the customer like this.

It went very well. It was a very good experience. It was very professional. I had options explained to me, especially even financing available. They're a little bit pricey, but the quality is very good. There were a couple of issues as far as leaving nails around and things like that in the yard. They followed up quickly with any complaints I had.

They did a good job. The price was reasonable. It's held up so I guess the quality is great. They were very responsive. They showed up. No problems.

It went very well. They did a very good job, "A's" across the board. I hope I don't have to but I'd use them again. They did a quality job. They got it done right. It took about 2 weeks, it was during the summer and the weather got in the way a few days. They cleaned up perfect, there were no problems.

Turned out great. They've done work at my house, my sons house. We've recommended them to other people. I'd give them "A" all the way across. You call them and they call you back, you don't have to be on top of them. Very good contact. It was just a patch job so only about 2 guys out to do that and they left the area clean.

They were terrific. The quality of their work was absolutely terrific. I would absolutely use them again. They are very thorough, they let you know everything. They carry through.

It seemed to go very well, City Roofing came out exactly when they said they would be here, It has rained pretty heavily since the repairs have been done and as of yet haven't seen any issues with my roof. And there was a minor issue of my Internet Cable being dislodged from the overhang of my roof right where the work was performed, City Roofing came back out to re-staple it back under the overhang of my roof without any hassles.

It's been a good experience. They are more expensive than anybody else. They are very punctual.

From the initial phone call all the way through the completion of the job, the communication, responsiveness, professionalism, friendliness, and workmanship was phenomenal! One of the smoothest and best experiences I've had with a home repair or contractor in a very long time. Quite refreshing! I would most definitely recommend City Roofing and would certainly use again with no hesitation. Whenever I encounter a necessary home repair, I jokingly refer to it as one of the joys of homeownership but in this case it actually was.

Their estimate was approximately $6000 higher than the competition and once a reasonable counteroffer was made, they didn't even bother replying; you'd think an elite company such as this would have the professional courtesy to at least politely decline the offer, a simple 'no' would have sufficed. If this is the one of the best roofing companies in Miami, it's time to leave Miami.

WELL. I didn't pay until the job was completed. Jackie in the office was a pleasure to talk to. She always sent me updates.

Everything went well. Roof leak was repaired. I use this company because all work has been successfully taken care of with no hassle or problems.

Went Very Well - right on time. City Roofing takes its time with the customer. Listens and shares concerns. Patient and responsive with customer requests. Professional from the start. It is true that they are not the least expensive of the options, but I felt good about the quality of the materials used, quality workmanship, and the customer service that they provided.

They advertise on Angie's List that they offer free estimates and do commercial roofing as well as residential. When I spoke with the company today, they stated that they don't do commerical work or offer free estimates even though it says that they do. When I mentioned that it says on Angie's List that they do that type of work and that they offer free estimates, she had nothing to say. It was horrible customer service and I would never recommend them.

THE SKYLIGHT WAS INSTALLED VERY WELL. THE FASCIA BOARDS WERE INSTALLED WELL. THEY WENT FURTHER THAN THE CONTACT CALLED FOR IN THAT THEY PRIMED AND PAINTED WITH OUR PAINT THE REPLACED BOARDS. THEY ALSO DECIDED TO CLEAN UP SOME ROT IN PLACES THAT WERE NOT CONTRACTED FOR AND PATCH AND PAINT THOSE..I FELT THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ON THOS ITEMS AND WAS VERY APPRECIATIVE. PLUS THEY VERY CAREFULLY CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB!

An acceptable quote was given and work completed as quoted and in the time frame given. Workers were courteous, knew the scope of the job and worked until the job was completed. I am satisfied with the work done as well as the clean-up after the job.

I was told that they would be there at 9am and they were there at 8:15am. Very punctual and I observed the workings from beginning to end. I had a broken tile, where part of it was missing and asked if they could replace it and they said it wouldn't be a problem. All in all, I am quite happy with their service and referred them to someone in my office, to where a family member needs repairs to their roof. A+++

They did an excellent job each time. They even matched my tiles so there were no noticeable variations on the roof. They were quick, clean & did the job correctly. Their job supervisor was always avaible. A little pricey but I was more then happy for the work & service I received.

We had a great experience w City Roofing from the very first time we contacted them to the completion of the job. Our new house had about 60 broken or loose roof tiles along with some wood rot on fascia. Mario gave us a comprehensive, easy to understand estimate and Jackie helped us schedule and execute the work. Our fascia was an abnormal size but City Roofing made sure it was cut to perfectly match our existing fascia. The guys on the job site were friendly, professional and left the work area clean. I really appreciated the fact that they provided before & after pictures of the work performed to make sure we were satisfied with its completion. I would definitely recommend them.
