We did in fact call Angie’s List and request to have that deal removed temporarily in order to assure our customers we would be able to give them the quality of service they expect from us. We do not want to schedule jobs for which we would not be able to take care of our customers well. As noted before during our conversation, Angie’s list would be happy to refund your Big Deal purchase. Simply call 1-888-888-5478 and they will be happy to explain to you that this offer was suppose to be taken down 4 weeks ago and it was there error for leaving it up and will completely refund you. If you need someone to do your maintenance, give us a call and we’d be happy to refer you to another company that is not booked currently and is able to take your business and provide good service as well. Description of Work: Bought the deal on weekend. Call right after. provider said they could not schedule because it was a weekend. They said they will call back on Monday. i called on Monday. They said the contractor will call you back. Have been waiting for the call but nobody called.

Dear Member, Thank you for your feedback on your purchase of the Big Deal we ran in January. Although the deal is past its expiration, we would be happy to assist you with the repairs on your roof. When you called on the Saturday of Easter weekend, Candy answered the phone and agreed to have someone come to your house. We weren’t able to get ahold of you the next week to schedule an appointment so it appears, our communication was lost. Just let us know what you’d like done and we’ll be happy to assist you. Usually on Holiday weekends, it’s a bit hectic and we apologize for the delay. Description of Work: The company representative contacted me quickly after I purchased the coupon and an appointment was made for service to be done on January 30. My roof was to be power washed and inspected and the company was to provide a certificate for my insurance that assessed the roof condition. The cleaning and inspection was completed on 1/30 but I have yet to receive any certificate. I asked the company representative to provide an estimate for roof repair/replacement and I have not received one. Unless that is provided soon, I will not hire the company again.
