After making the appointment I sent an email confirming the details. On the day of the appointment I called him at 10:00 am to confirm the appointment and to let him know that I was at the house waiting for him to arrive. I called him again at 11:00 am and asked to please respond to let me know whether he could inspect the chimney that day. I called him again at noon. He did not show up or return any of my calls. IF YOU NEED CHIMNEY WORK DONE AND YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, DON'T USE CHIMNEY SWEEP SERVICES INC. IN MIAMI FLORIDA.

They informed me that part of my chimney was damaged during a hurricane. They needed a part and told me the order would take three weeks in October of last year. I continued to call but I never got a response. Then two men came to the house, took off the damaged part of the roof and told me they were still ordering the part. I have continued to call them but I have got no response.
