Very professional, The first crew came out to find the lid to the septic tank and the clean-out crew came an hour later. Very polite crew, first and second. Definitely would recommend them and use them again.

Terrific! Frist the guys were amazing. The supervisors name escapes me (Rolando?) at this time. What a crew! I got a quote for the pump out of my septic tank ($200.00) to the penny. There had been damage to the septic lines done by another company whom I did not contract for the repairs. The guys looked at the damaged determined that my drain field was in working order and quoted me another $660.00 to repair it. The previous company created the damage and wanted $1800.00 to fix it and the drain field was to be another $6.000. Thank you guys! . Definitely calling you for the pump out in a year or so. I wished you did plumbing.

The first 2 employees that responded showed up right on time. They had to look for the spectic tank because I didn't know where it was located. They found it quickly and dug it up. Once they were finished, they called another crew in to clean out the tank. The other crew arrived promptly and went to work immediately. Within a short time, they had finished cleaning out the tank and then took the time to explain to me what I need to do to keep the septic tank functioning properly. Overall a very good experience.

They got the permitting through very promptly and came earlier than expected which was great since my drainage field had not been working. They completed the job in 5 days and cleaned up everything. They did a very professional job. It was more money than I was anticipating but it was quite a complex job and quite a lot of landscaping was removed by them to put the new drainage field in. I would definitely use them again.

They called when they were on their way, promptly got to work, opening the septic tank. They explained exactly what they were going to do and left the work site clean. We are happy campers knowing our septic tank won't be a problem for many years at least. Thanks.

My mother's septic tank is in her front yard, right next to the driveway. A lot of people parked their cars on top of the septic tank, and, as a result, there was a big hole and it was getting bigger every day. I called Chapman and made an appointment. They were right on time. The workers were polite and very professional. They cleaned up everything after they were done.

After I had Chapman repair my mother's septic tank, I had them check mine out. It turns out that my tank was so old it was full of holes and could not be repaired as my house was built in 1946. I needed a new septic tank and drain field. I did not expect such a huge job, but I instinctively trusted Mr. Chapman. It took 3 or 4 weeks to get the entire job completed between the rain and geting the permits. They did it all. The workers were prompt, efficient and extremely neat once the job was done. Afterwards I had my sprinkler system put back in place and they tore my yard up much more than the entire septic tank people did. I highly recommend this company.

The project took several days to complete, but there were crews there each day moving the project along. Each crew had a supervisor. The owner, Joe Chapman, was very responsive and at the site each day to check the work being done, answer questions, and resolve problems. He went beyond the scope of the contract to ensure that the results of the job were going to meet my expectations. His employees were friendly and professional, and took great effort to keep the worksite clean. Eventhough it wasn't expected, they carefully removed several trees and replaced them after the job was completed. I will use Chapman Septic Service in the future for septic system maintenance, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for septic tank and drainfield replacement.

We were very happy with their service. They were very pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions. I wouldn't think of using another service.

They did a very neat job at a fairly good price. They also gave me advice for future inspections in other parts of the house. They were very quick to respond and give us an estimate. They had taken their time and finished the job ahead of time. Everybody knew what they were doing. We were very happy with their service.

My overall experience with Chapman Septic Service was positive. They came when they said they would. It was hard to find my septic tank but they found it and made a new trap for it. They did everything quickly and nicely. They were in and out in less than three hours. I really appreciated that.

Due to some additions to our house and back yard, we were required to move our old septic tank and drain field, which meant having most of our back yard dug up. We had used Chapman's before for a routine pump-out and were pleased with their work then, so we called on them again for this job. Joe showed up when he said he would, the work was was done in exactly the length of time he projected ( only 4 days), including the county inspection (which usually takes forever in Miami), and the final cost was not a penny more than the estimate. He and his crew also gave us some valuable tips regarding the inspection. Before the crew left, they smoothed out the yard and asked us toapprove it before they left. This is a relatively expensive job, but having it done right is worth the cost. They did great job and we would not hesitate to recommend them to friends...already have actually.

They told me I would need a new drainfield, at an estimated cost of approximately $6,000. This did not include the cost of removing my wrought iron fence and replacing the grass. As it turned out, I got the name of a company using Angie's List called, Jason's Septic. He came out and really inspected what was going on, found that I did not need this new drainfield and that I simply had a "collapsed pipe". It ended up costing me $900, and everything is still working great months later.

Their estimate was 50% lower than competitor; they knew where the tanks could go; replaced tank and drainfield (60 years old) in 3 days, got permits; were on time; all in all a good experience.

They happened to be nearby when I called, so they came out and pumped a little bit from my septic tank to check the drain seal. They then gave me an estimate and I decided not to go with them. I thought they were professional and I would recommend them, but the pricing was a little high.

The company was very helpful on the telephone. We set up a time and date and they were there on time. The men were very professional and knew what they were doing. They thoroughly cleaned out the tank and checked the drain field. This was not an emergency call only a timely maintenance call. I was also impressed that there was a coupon in the Angie's booklet for $20 that they accepted. I will definitely use this company again and recommend it to my friends.

They always showed up on time. They took out the old system and got rid of it. They cleaned up everything when they were done doing the work. They made sure everything was working right before they left.

I called on Monday to get information on the cost of having my septic tank drained and checked. They were at my house on Tuesday morning at 8:30 and the job was completed by 9:30. The two men who came had worked together for 9 years and were hilarious! They replaced the lawn so well that I could hardly tell where they had dug.

Raw sewage was backing up into the toilets and showers in 2 bathrooms. Chapman located and pumped out the septic tank and advised us that we would need a new drain field and possibly a new tank. The cost to replace the drain field was $4500 and the tank would be another $2000 or so. We got a second opinion from a competitor and they concluded that the drain field was virtually unused and that instead we needed a new pipe from the tank to the drain field at a fraction of the cost. In particular the firm offering the second opinion indicated that in order to draw a conclusion, it was necessary to uncover more of the septic tank to diagnose the problem. This would have been the second time that Chapman installed a drain field for us so it was worth getting a second opinion. They did a fine job pumping out the septic tank but failed on the recommendation.

They were very punctual, courteous, and friendly. They told us very nicely the importance of keeping the maintenance up on our septic tank and keeping the bacteria that breaks down the sludge and sediment in the tank. The price was very reasonable.

I made an appt. with Chapman to pump the tanks. The truck arrived on the correct date and at the correct time. Both tanks were pumped and the employees (4) were very polite and worked quietly. Afterwards, they cleaned up, collected the check and departed.

They were out the next day after I called. They were courteous and professional. They charged me $195/ tank. The extra $100 was for 2 bottles of fluid I am supposed to pour in the toilet every week till it runs out (1 bottle / tank). They took good care not to damage my landscaping or sprinkler system. They had to move some small plants that were in the way and replanted them after they were done. I would use them again.

It was very good. They were honest with me in analyzing the problem. I had another company that said I needed a drain seal. They sent someone and did not assume it was the more expensive problem. They were honest and professional.

Nice folks, family business since 1949. I've seen their sign in other yards when they were working in our neighborhood. Joe Chapman himself came to our house to give us an estimate the day after I called. Polite crew even helped me transplant a hibiscus bush that was in their way & took extra care not to disturb our cat's grave. Chapman also does pump-outs, repairs, inspections, maintenance contracts, & new installations.
