I hired this company based on other reviews and I'm glad I did. Crew was on time, courteous and responded to questions. Service was professional and faster than expected.

They arrived a little late, but the gentleman that arrived were very courteous and did a very professional job.

Not good a supervisor by the name of Steve quoted me 250.00 to clean out the septic tank but when they uncovered the tank it was full and wanted to charge me 575.00 I believe they were not sincere they should advise the customer that the price could fluctuate but they never did advise me of that I ended up hiring Caraballo Express and they did the work for 250.00 as promised

Very professional. They came at the time and did the job very fast.

They came in this shiny wonderful red septic truck, not those old dirty ones seen on the street. At first I thought it would cost an arm & a leg, but they are quite fair in pricing. They found the septic tank, cleaned it and everything is working perfectly till this day. They seem like an "American family owned business" that have been doing this forever & really know what they are doing. I give them 5 stars.

Had not had a pump out in 5 years, had used Chapman previously. Scheduled an appt for a two hour period of time. Received a call to inform that their service was on the way and the service process was approx 30 minutes. The two person service crew were helpful, pleasant and respectful. I used a $20 off coupon from their website.

I called Chapman to schedule a regular pump out and to check the tank to make sure all is well. I was impressed by how quickly they responded, came over, located the tank (I wasn't sure where it was) and pumped it out. It certainly makes life easier when you do business with companies that handle their business so well. Quick, simple, good communication, nice people, answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

This company is amazing - they do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it - for a reasonable price. Our project was not simple, but they took the time and care necessary to ensure the work was done correctly, and they were a pleasure to work with. After waiting for five months for another contractor to deliver on their contract for this work - with no response week after week - we called Joe and he stepped in to save the day! Honorable and hard working, honest and professional - this is a great group who lives up to their impeccable reputation. Thank you Chapman Septic!

They were on time. They found the tank, they pumped it and cleaned up afterwards. You couldn't ask for more. The crew was courteous and professional!

We'd moved in 1 1/2 years ago, and had never had the system pumped and didn't know when the previous owners had last pumped it. We initially called the company our neighbor recommended. That company dug up our yard poorly and told us we needed a new drain field. They offered to put in a new drain field (without a permit) and to pump out the tank, for $2,000. We decided to get a 2nd opinion. Chapman Septic came out and pumped the septic tank, and let us know there is nothing wrong with the drain field. Chapman Septic ROCKS!!!

The inspection period was up in 1 more day. I needed a company that could come ASAP and locate the tank. They accommodated my emergency and where punctual, professional and funny! We were at a loss as to where the tank may be. They went over the same area the last company did. I even had the building plans (thinking it would help. But as my luck would have it they usually are not right). They made it a "Mission" to find it! They even called their supervisor to come out to help. We started searching the perimeter of the house and Ureka! They found it, in a strange location (the drain pipe next to house where it was paved and tiled and a wall over it). They located the tank (after much digging) under a big tree. As it turns out (to my favor it is a commercial sized tank with a lid the same size). Unless they brought in a back hoe they could not do a visual inspect of the tank because the lid was too heavy to lift by hand and it was under a big tree with roots that had grown over it and the lid, being as thick as it was, could not be pierced for a new pipe. Because I did not own the house (yet) we decided against spending $800 to do a full inspection. Instead they flow tested the drain by flushing a toilet in the house and checking the flow from the house. I can't thank them enough!! for going above and beyond to help me!! They will be the only ones I call or recommend.

I had them come out to pump out the septic tank, I showed them right where the lid was, they pulled up only a small area of grass, which the placed back so it was covered again, when they were done, they flushed it out and then made sure everything was correct. The only issue I have is that I had a coupon for $20 off and feel like they may have charged me $20 extra to cover that. Otherwise they did a great job for me.

This was the second company that we called to assist us with our service, and we were very content with the overall outcome of the service provided. They were able to come out and dig up our septic tank, clean it, and finally, install a manhole for easy access. The two groups of teams that came out were professional and very helpful throughout the process. We will be contacting them for future services and highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of this particular service.

This was an emergency called on a Saturday. The main drain line in the house was backed up with standing water in the shower, toilets unable to flush. A gallon of drain opener had provided only temporary resolution. Since it had been about 3 years since the septic tank had been emptied, it was logical to believe that emptying the tank would be the solution. Chapman was the 2nd choice, as the first choice was unable to respond that day. Chapman agreed to service, and charged extra due to the emergency. That extra charge was unfortunate but I had no choice. Chapman arrived on time. Oddly enough, the service guys had to borrow my adjustable wrench to open the septic tank's cover. Interesting, I assumed they would have brought their own tools. But at least they are here on short notice on a Saturday. After the septic tank was drained, the main drain line appeared to be fine, as everything in the house worked. Problem appeared to be resolved. The service guys suggested something might still be wrong with the tank's drain field. I disagreed because there was nothing to support this idea. They still wrote on my invoice "bad drain field" even through they have nothing to support this idea. An hour later, the main drain line backup again. Re-checked the tank, and it was differently empty. Empty tank, but still the mainline is not draining? That can not be the drain field. Thus the problem had to be in the mainline. Called a plumber to snake out the mainline, and swoosh! the mainline drained ! Problem resolved for real. Chapman : great and draining a septic tank, but not so good at resolving the overall problem.

The crew was very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

They pumped the septic tank in about 20 minutes. All the toilets and other shower stalls worked well except the MB bath which was still clogged. One fellow helped me out with a plunger as well as wire snake but we could not unglog it. He recommnded I call a plumber. Which I am doing now. However, I still needed to service the septic tank which I did. I also purchased the liquid chemical treament which they recommended. They were very helpful. I would use them again.

They were great! The cost of replacing 1 of the old septics was normally $8000 dollars. They figured out how to do it with just 1 and saved us over $6000 dollars. They allowed us to pay 50% upfront and the other 50% upon completion. I can't say enough good things about them!

They are good but pretty expensive. I had lower bids but I though he's do a better job so I went in to pay the extra money. The quality of the work worked well. They were prompt, professional, and everything was done properly.

No service was provided because provider was not available for my emergency. I have used provider in the past and they have provided me quality but tyhis time they were not responsive to our needs.

i am quite satisfied with this work, which I have requested twice in the past.

I initiallly contacted Chapman Septic in October and told them about results of a previous septic inspection done by another company. The other company wanted me to install a new septic system in the backyard which would have required new plumbing and cost a fortune. Chapman came out to the house, did a quick inspection, and basically told me installation of a new system in the backyard wasn't necessary and that it would be possible to install the new septic system in a similar location to the old one, just closer to the house and property line with some permit modifications. After the initial inspection, he left an estimate in my mailbox (since I couldn't be at home). I paid the initial deposit (50% of the total due) and they started securing the proper permits. Within three weeks, Chapman had permits from the Health Department and was ready to start construction; however, I had to postpone because of travel plans. They were very flexible and accomodating and started construction when it was convenient for me. The work was completed in 4 business days! The old system was so close to our driveway I was afraid they would impact the driveway but Chapman didn't and was very cautious. They cleaned up the site when they were done too. I would highly recommend Chapman Septic to anyone.

Coordinated with a plumber that they recommended ( Bobs plumbing) Both did a great job. Both were very nice.

This company is great. I actually used this company 3 times since 2008. They pumped my septic tank 2 times. and they built a cover for the access to the septic system so that in the future we don't have to search an dig for access. They are affordable, experienced and professional.
