Description of Work: Needed new drain field for septic tank. Made appointment for tuesday. Recd call on Tuesday that could not make it..could we reschedule for Monday..( this was Thanksgiving weekend). Said my husband really wanted the matter taken care of quickly...and for those with septic tank issues you can understand ). He grudgingly agreed to come out the next day in the afternoon. He never showed and never called. We called Coker who came out within two hours.

Description of Work: I had been having issues with my septic tank, and one other firm that I had called to take a look had told me that this would involve creating a whole new drain field, which would cost thousands of dollars. I called Jason, and he quickly figured out that the issue was that the tank had been disconnected from the drain field. He completed the work of reconnecting the tank and the existing drain field the same morning he diagnosed it, and all of our septic tank problems are gone since then.

Description of Work: After consulting with Chapman and Jason's septic I was told I needed a new drain field which was odd because I've been told that they last forever. Sure enough after speaking to Abe he assured me that it was not necessary. Abe flushed out my distribution lines and my drain field is as good as new. He literally saved me over $6,000 in unnecessary repairs.

Description of Work: The crew came and drained the septic tank for $220. They upsold us a treatment for $60 which I thought was worth it. They were punctual and left the area hardly noticeable. Will use again in the future.
