Description of Work: Drain field replacement - not a smooth process. Took a long time and some pushing to complete, specially to get the sidewalk repaired which was damaged in several places by their equipment because they failed to lay down protection. The ground was not leveled off properly and we were left with a minefield of rocks. It took my wife and me over a week of raking, shoveling and hauling rocks and debris laden dirt to level and prepare for soil and sod that would match the level of the surrounding sod and sidewalk.

Description of Work: I used them to drain and clean the septic tank. it hadn't been done in quite some time. they took their time and did the job right. the removed the cover and hosed it clean. they were very professional and pleasant. I would use again and recommend this company. did not try to sell any products just did the job I hired them for.

Description of Work: I called the company because of their high rating on the list. I needed to have them locate the septic tank and empty it. They came and poked a lot of holes in my beautiful landscaped yard. After not finding the septic tank they told me they needed to come back with a locator. I waited but they did not come back. I received then a phone call to tell me they would come back next week with the locator. We set up another appointment. They came back the following week but had forgotten the locator and told me they would come back when they can locate the locator.(this is not a joke...) After waiting a while I called the office and a very rude lady told me that I should wait until they find it. I asked her how long she thinks it would take, she answered me: the time it takes!!! I then canceled the service, they had already wasted my times 2 weeks in a row. This was the rudest customer telephone call I've had in many years....

Description of Work: Cleaned out septic tank. Put a riser in the lid covering my septic tank which was solid concrete. Cemented the riser in place and put a plastic lid over it.Recessed the lid about 4 inches to allow for new grass to cover it. Next time I need to pump out my septic tank, I just have to remove a little bit of sod around the 21 inch lid, lift up the lid and put the drain hose into the tank. The whole process should take about 10-15 minutes from on.

Description of Work: Their return call was scheduled between 7-9 am, the call came at 7:00 am on the dot. The truck came within 30 minutes as promised. First impression was great; the truck was clean, even the tires. The two gentlemen were friendly, neat and clean, and they obviously knew what they were doing. I had two holes that developed in the yard and they showed me that the top of the tank had broken and needed replacing. They pumped out the tank and came the next day to replace the top of the tank. $200 for the pump out and $400 to replace the broken top. Thanks to your list and magazine, it encouraged me to go ahead and have the job done.
