Description of Work: I need replacement parts for my screens and contacted customer service to find out where to get them. They were no help at all. I have spent hours on the internet trying to find them to no avail. Now the screens are useless. A good company would have just sent out the parts. The customer service is just plain lazy.

+ -1 moreAfter waiting close to 2 months for our materials to arrive, the products came damaged with chips and scratches, scratched glass, wrong finish hardware, incorrect grid design, inadequate springs which hold the windows up when open, missing open/close clips etc. One of the windows even had a stress crack. Completely unacceptable given the type of windows and doors we purchased and what we paid for. Their "customer service" aka a phone # which routes to a voicemail of a rude, rude lady with a bad attitude, who never returns phone calls and doesn't know the first thing about customer service, is awful. I've left several messages and have never received a call back. Horrible experience from A-Z and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go with this vendor. We are extremely unhappy with our purchase and level of quality of the products we received. I would go with PGT or anyone else. Do you know what it is to have your windows installed and they won't even stay up when you open them? Or the clips to open them are missing? Or the glass is scratched when it just came out of the box? Terrible, terrible, terrible.
Description of Work: Purchased brand new top of the line Sentinel/Estate bronze windows and doors for the entire house through Prestige Windows and Doors.

Description of Work: On two separate occasions a front entry door was ordered from two of CGI's independent distributors. The first order was placed the first week of April and the doors was not delivered until May 30th. The only parts of the door that were delivered were one side and the frame. In other words, half a door. When the distributor called, they said they lost the other half. When I called, the said, they had never put the other half of the door into production and that it would not be ready for another four weeks. We canceled the order. Went to another distributor and ordered another door and had the same problem. You call CGI and they blame their dealer. You would think that with the prices they charge and the reputation they allegedly have, they would try and work harder at maintaining it. They are the most disorganized company I have ever had to deal with.

Description of Work: We just had CGI windows installed and there are several issues tint of 3 of the windows do not match the 3 others in 9'x12' group. had problems with rust in one week they told me this is typical for anything near the ocean. as far as I can tell they think they are better than they really are and could care less after you shell out the money to them.
