CERVERA REAL ESTATE

It was horrendous as realtor supposedly looking out for my best interests all of a sudden starts representing the problem unscrupulous renter in my condo apartment and her shifty attorney boss (thus conflict of interest) and not looking out for my best interest. Realtor relied on this 'he said, she said' game not representing my best interests and costing me lots of money (in excess of $3,000 aside from their commission of $6,000) AND frustration in the process. Realtor told tenant I would break contract early once I had already sold unit which I did not. Sleazy attorney boss threatens to sue based on realtor's word which weren't reflective of mine. Was forced to give up a full month's rent PLUS deposit after nightmare tenant did major damage to appliances and apartment. SLEAZY LOW-LIFE realtor did this so she could double dip and collect commission from renter putting it through another complicit Cervera realtor's paperwork. Renter confirmed she had signed new contract for apartment with my same realtor. LIES, LIES, LIES . . .. invariably come back to bite you! When I elevated the situation to manager, they could care less. Absolutely zero integrity and based on reaction from manager, this seemed simply like their standard way of doing business. I would hope others that are considering using this firm will see this and do more than just think twice. Don't WALK AWAY--RUN! They are the epitome of what gives realtors a very bad name! I have experience with many others--tough to find good ones, but haven't experienced ANY NEARLY as UNSCRUPULOUS, NIGHTMARISH and HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH! SCREW ME ONCE . . . . GOOD LUCK!
