Steve came in and provided us with a written quote on the spot, he was bang in the middle of all the ones we received and the work they delivered was great. They were quick, tidy and professional. His painter cleaned after himself at the end of each working day and when he was there whether power washing, covering the windows or painting we barely knew that he was around. Steve was very professional and responsive throughout and they did an excellent job! Needless to say we are very pleased.

The owner Steve Vertesch and the painter Lovan and helper excellent. Customer service the best. Steve gave a reasonable estimate, some companies way to much and double. He listed everything that needed to be done on the exterior paint job and placed it in the contract. He went to get the paint chips for me to select a color. Steve also will let you use the paint you want no complaints. Financing was simple and easy to do, you must qualify though. The painters experienced. Caulked around the windows, patched and scrapped and pressure cleaned. Cleaned up.Anything missed or not done right they redid. It was so nice the painters pulled out the screen vents from under hang and I thought they would just paint around them. Asked to get them back in by late afternoon afraid of bugs and animals getting into the attic. Replaced bad ones too. No problem. Everything done as listed. Made sure paint did not go where it did not belong, everything covered. Sometimes they had to spend a little more time covering things but they did. Seems they go that extra mile. All I can say is A plus plus. Dreaded doing this but glad I finally did with the best paint company. .

So impressed! I have lived in Miami for over 20 years and in that time I've hired multiple painters and contractors for my home, which is always a work in progress. There are many painters here who take short cuts either in workmanship or in materials once they get your business, and the result is sub-par work or a paint job that doesn't last. Working with CertaPro of Miami was honestly the best service experience I've ever had. Truly. They were professional, thorough, and conscientious. Steve did absolutely everything he promised -and more- in a timely manner, and with a degree of attention to detail and a level of quality that was so out of ordinary for the area that it was refreshing. Although he charged a bit more than his competitors, it was without a doubt worth it. I would absolutely not hesitate to hire him again.

Everything went very well, and was handled very professionally--and with great courtesy--from beginning to end. Steve Vertesch, came to the house promptly and carefully assessed the extent of the work and provided much helpful advice on painting options and paint choices. He was also able to refer me to additional contractors for some needed repair work before the job commenced. Before the job started and while it was ongoing, he stopped by and checked on things regularly to make certain that I was being well served by his painting crew; and after the job was completed, made certain that everything had been completed to my satisfaction (which it was). As for the painting crew, it was led by Darien, who was, likewise, very professional, knowledgeable, and cordial. It was a very good team, and they completed the work thoroughly and promptly...actually, earlier than I had expected. Darien made certain that everything was done completely and to my full satisfaction--coming back promptly a couple of times to handle a few minor issues. The job they did was terrific and the house looks beautiful. My highest recommendation to CertaPro. Thanks to them for taking pride in their work and making this such a good experience.

The professionalism and quality of service provided by CertaPro Painters was superior. Steve provided unmatched customer service during the estimate phase of the project while Darrian provided exceptional leadership managing the project to completion. I had approximately 50% of my interior home painted. The remaining walls were recently painted and did not require additional painting. This included Living Room, Hallways, Kitchen, Stairwell (High Ceiling), and Master Bedroom. The entire project was completed ahead of schedule in one day. All CertaPro Painters provided outstanding customer service were more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite the level of comfort I had with the three painters on site, I greatly appreciated Steve's follow up and personal visit during the project. CertaPro painters fell in the middle of comparable cost estimates, but the value of the service provided was unparalleled. CertaPro Painers will be my first call when moving forward with Condo Association external building painting in the near future.

This was probably one of the best service experiences I have had to date. I called for an estimate and Steve was here in a flash. I thought the estimate was very fair. The job was started on a Tuesday and completed on Saturday. Alex, my painter, was here on time each day and did an unbelievable job. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. There was never a mess left in my yard and when the job was over, they even put my patio furniture back in place. All I had to do was select a color. Two samples were included in the estimate. I would highly recommend Certapro Painters.

It went great ! They showed up as scheduled and finished in 3 days. They made sure they gave enough coats to cover everything well. We picked a dark accent wall color and they made sure lines were straight paint was even throughout. Really happy with the service and final result.

The price was reasonable, and we went with it. The workers cleaned up after everything was painted. They matched the paint exactly. You wouldn't know anything about the peeling paint, I highly recommend the company and they are responsible.

Super responsible crew. No mess, on time, great job. They need to use four different paints for the job, left us with enough for any touch ups needed down the road. They did not require a deposit and we only paid once we were satisfied with the entire job (after a thorough walk through). We also did a walk through before the job to make sure everyone (especially the crew chief) was on the same page fin terms of knowing what we wanted. Even after we paid, Steve (the owner) sent a crew back to fix the cracked roof tiles, which they had told us about during the pressure washing. Steve speaks English and his crew chief speaks Spanish so communication with the team was not an issue at all. Steve was also very responsive in getting back to us after calls or texts.

This was possibly the best experience we have ever had with a service provider from start to finish. They gave us a fair and reasonable price, the work was completed on time and the results were outstanding and professional. The painters were helpful and courteous. They had an accurate scope of work and arrived promptly each day and worked all day (8:30 - 5pm). Our home was expertly taped, prepped, painted, perfected and cleaned. The painting lines are clean and professional. They left a clean work site each day and left a spotless area when completed. We were unsure of one trim color and they suggested an alternative that was exactly the right color to match with the existing scheme. Certa Pro is a professional grade painting company with an excellent crew and excellent management. They did what they said they would do: on time and in budget. It was actually a pleasure to do business with them.

Everything was excellent; I cannot recommend Certa Pro and Steve Vertesch more highly. They were very responsive, considerate, flexible, and did a beautiful job. I had used Certa Pro in California for 2 different houses, and so I called them when I needed a painter in Miami. The company's work continues to exceed my expectations and Steve Vertesch is an absolute pleasure to work with - very conscientious, helpful and excellent attention to the detail. The painters at our home were very pleasant and did the job efficiently, with no mess or inconvenience. I plan to have this team do the interior of my home in the next few months. I had the pleasure of having Steve and his team at CertaPro Painters paint the interior of my home. There were very easy to deal with and very fairly priced. The painters were very detail oriented and acted like they were guests in our home while they were here.
