Steve and the CertaPro team were fantastic. He was responsive to all my questions and explained everything in detail. Prices were competitive for the market (meaning, they were on par with other quotes received). Steve referred a company to clean the roof and acknowledged that the fascia repair was beyond their scope. He was patient while I aligned the other work. The week of painting, Steven checked in, explained the work days and let me know who would be on site. Carlos & Alexis worked swiftly and diligently and it was obvious they took pride in their work. I am very pleased with the end result and will definitely hire CertaPro & Steve again.

Excellent job. I had several discussions with Steve regarding project details, colors, cost and time to do the work. They even accommodated a last minute change to add a third color. Work was great, thorough, and everything was done in 3 days.

From the planning phase to completion, everyone working in the building was super responsive. They did an outstanding job. We are a 36th floor building with 500 units. We did not receive ANY complaints from residents as they did a seemless job. The supervisors visited on a daily basis to perform inspections and meet with management for feedback. I recommend this company to do any large scale job. We were very happy with the results with their very competitive and reasonable pricing.
