Description of Work: Multiple calls over days don't answer phone don't return calls when I did talk to the guy all he did was tell me what he couldn't do for us. Act like they don't need business.

Description of Work: absolutely nothing..we went to the showroom to look at plumbing fixtures and stone.... some of the workers were too busy wrapping a gift to even do more than look at us...and when we did ask for help were told...in a manner as if how dare we bother them..that someone was "coming down" to help us. no one did
