CELIE MAID SVC

They said they would be there between 8:30 and 9:00 (12/23/06). I called them to confirm and Julie started telling me that she didn't think they could come out because of people being off for Christmas, etc. She told me she would call me back in an hour but she never called. I called and left a message after that and told them not to come out, even though they probably were not coming anyway.

The service was able to give us an appointment on fairly short notice. They even came on Saturday. The cleaning lady arrived at the promised time and worked very hard. She did a good job on all areas, and even moved sofas and chairs away from the wall to vacuum, which was more than we expected. She worked until the job was done, about 4-5 hours. I think we received a good service for the value. I would recommend this service, and we would use them again. The only negatives; we were apparently required to provide our own cleaning supplies, which we were not told. Had we known, we would have purchased an appropriate selection of supplies for the service to use. Also, while the people who set up the service spoke English, the cleaning lady who came did not, which made it difficult to communicate with her.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR EIGHT YEARS. THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY; NOTHING HAS EVER WENT MISSING FROM MY HOME. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD FOR THE LARGE HOME I HAVE. THEY ARE FAST YET EFFICIENT.
