Carlos from CDY came out to my home to fix the refrigerator. he looked at it and said it can not be fixed so i will tell the warranty company so they can get you a new refrigerator. days went by and i did not hear from CDY(carlos) or the warranty company. i tried to text and left a few messages on his cell phone for Carlos to call me back with an update. well he never called. so, I decided to call the warranty company. the agent at the company said that my case with the refrigerator was closed because it was fixed by CDY. I told her that the refrigerator was never fixed. While I was on the phone ,she tried to call Carlos at CDY.. He never answered or called back. The first visit I was told my washer wouldn't drain or spin because my clothes were unbalanced. 3 days later I had to call back I made another appointment. I took off work, CDY was a no call, no show. The next appointment another technician said it was my drain motor causing it to not drain or spin. I was told they had to order the part it would take 10 days. Its been 14 days and I still have not heard anything from anyone at CDY. The only reason I am using CDY is because I bought my washer from Sears and bought the 5 year warranty and Sears chooses the repair company. My advise to anyone is never, ever call CDY to repair any appliances you may have!
