+ -1 moreIf companies don't want or need the business they shouldn't take the initial call and/or at the initial sales call, advise that the size/volume of work in prospect isn't in line with what the company does-- rather than be childish, rude and disrespectful by lying and ignoring the customer.
Description of Work: After the initial measuring and review of design requesting, the salesman was never available- claimed he was ill, then 2 days later when I called again he was in the Bahamas. Never returned calls, obviously did not want or need the business.
