Description of Work: My whole house has the original wooden venetian blinds to the house which were re-taped and re-corded approximately 20 years ago when I moved into the house. I was getting ready to paint my bedroom at which time I took down my curtains and found that the blind behind my curtains was in need of new cording and tape. I called Angie's List and received the name of Camacho Verticals in Miami. I called them and spoke to Felipi who sounded like he could help me. He told me he had an installation that day but would stop by around 3:00 p.m. I called him back at 3:20 when he did not arrive to make sure he was coming. He did not answer his cell phone 786-587-6725 so I left a message to call me back. I received no call back or response from him. The next day I tried to reach him again on his cell number and again, he did not answer so I left another message asking him to call me back. To date, June 2, 2016, no return call. I would think that if he could not help me with what I needed, he would just tell me outright so I could look for someone else to do the work but instead he was a no-show and never responded to the messages I left him. I subscribe to Angie's List because I expect to deal with reputable people but in this instance that did not happen. Very disappointing and very unprofessional!

blind cleaning
+ -1 moreWe arranged to have our vertical blinds repaired with Camacho Verticals and I must say it was the best decision we made to go with this company. From the moment I contacted them and dealt with Felipe himself, the transaction couldn?t have gone any more smoothly. Felipe was the only one of about 4 other companies that acted promptly in getting back to me and was very prompt in answering all my questions. Once he quoted me a price and we agreed on a time to have the work done on site, he and his wife, what a team, arrived promptly, were very polite and professional. They pulled the entire vertical blind system apart, replaced all the working parts with new parts, basically giving us a brand new vertical blind system. You could not have replaced the unit for what it cost to repair it and it is just like new. The work was performed on site, in the room where the blinds were and they were clean, careful and very pleasant to work with. As a result I would totally recommend Camacho Verticals for their professionalism, promptness, and polite customer service. It is hard to find companies today that give good customer service but you will not be disappointed with Camacho Verticals.
