+ -1 moreMiguel was great. He recommended a window line that suited my needs and my taste. He was honest and obviously an expert in his field. This company does not advertise so you are lucky to hear about them. They operate on a word of mouth basis. You call them, set up an appointment, and they come and do measurements. They then discuss your interests, inform you of things based on their knowledge from working in the window field, and install what you have chosen. They are superior when it comes to windows.
Description of Work: I used this company just recently to install twenty new CGI windows in my three bedroom home. Miguel Massot was the gentlemen who I dealt with. My home is one story and they removed the old windows prior to putting the new ones in.

+ -1 moreI was really looking forward to working with CDM, after the glowing reports I read here. I called last Monday and was told a salesman would call to set up an appointment, to give me a quote. When I hadn't heard back by Friday, I called back. This time, after giving my name again, I was told that they weren't taking on any new customers, as they are already booked for the next 3 months. While I can certainly appreciate their not taking on more work than they can handle, I am very disappointed that I wasn't told that initially, or at least called by the salesman, within a day or two and told that they couldn't take on my job. I have to wonder if they would have been more responsive, had I had a bigger job (I just need a couple of impact windows).

+ 0 moreOverall-Excellent! The windows are beautiful. The installation was quick, professional and excellent workmanship. Carlos is very professional and extremely detailed in his level of service. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so. CDM was timely in both receiving and installing the product.

+ -1 moreExcellent, Excellent!!! The windows and doors are beautiful! Carlos and his crew were very professional and timely. The level of detail that went into installing each window/door was superb. Carlos is professional and meticulous with his product and service. I have recommended Carlos and his company to friends and will continue to do so. It was a pleasure doing business with CDM and Carlos.
