Description of Work: Provided new dimensional shingle roof with secondary water barrier. Also 400 Square feet of built-up flat roofing with insulation layer. Service and punctuality were very good. I would recommend to any customer of any roofer, that they verify every part of the job, before the next begins. With the exception of a few bad boards that I found (and they didn't), these guys did top-notch work. I will be having them replace some skylights soon. I highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreHe was recommended to me by the lady that cuts my hair. He explained to me about every possible attic vent that I can buy and gave me the price for the installation and the number of boxes he required. He is the owner of the company and he had a couple of guys that helped him to do the work. He is the owner of the company and I did not feel that he took advantage. He was punctual and was back promptly in the morning and finished the work the second day. He was very fair in his pricing and in fact it was a little less than what he quoted.
Description of Work: I used Built Tops Building Services Inc. a year ago and he installed a new vent and put tiles over it to prevent birds and animals from getting in.
