Description of Work: All demolition and new walls and ceiling as needed Backing as needed All repairs to wall and ceilings Remove bathroom drywall and install cement boards Install R-20 insulation on all walls and ceilings Cover floor and cabinets Install all bathroom accessories All painting (paint provided by client) Supervision and coordination of the entire project Supply and install wood moldings Cleaning and dumpsters are included Demo wall between maid’s room and kitchen Build new wall as agreed Install door and moldings (door and hardware not included)
