 + -1 moreBought 2 wedding rings. Good quality. However I was told I had a 1 year warranty and when 1 of the diamonds fell out of the setting I had to pay to have it replaced. This facility is also about an hour from my home and I can never reach them by phone. I guess I have no warranty. Now I am waiting for them to mail it back to me. I have to pay for that also. Not happy.

Description of Work: .I was looking to buy a Diamond for my wife, so confusing, but at Buchwald's they showed me how to tell about the difference of Diamonds and how to make sure that the price was fair. They took the time and explained about GIA and other type of diamond certificates, so I could make a correct choice. They had an unbelievable section of Diamonds to choose from. This made my buying easy.
