Bruz cleaned out the drain efficiently and was very nice. I gave him 4 stars because his english was exceptionally limited and it was very challenging communicating with him.

I am very happy with this plumber! Bruz and his uncle came the day I called them. They were very courteous and professional and knew what they were doing. My problem was a clogged kitchen sink. When they did not find the clog under the sink, Bruz climbed on the roof and solved it from there, they have the appropriate tools and equipment. After clearing the clog, they put everything back in its place, the way they found it. They explained to me the whole process, how the pipes connect. They are very serious and earnest. He charged me on the low end of his phone estimate. I was very pleased with their service and definitely recommend it.

Mr. Bruz was on time, professional and fixed the problem quickly. He gave me fair estimates, one for unclogging the drain from inside the house, and a second one for doing it using the vent pipe on the roof. Definitely I will use Bruz Plumbing again for preventive and maintenance plumbing.

I requested service to four companies, less than 2 minutes after BRUZ called me. He was at my house less than 15 minutes later, even when not a lot of people are working. I used other plumbers before, so I can compare. I was charged fair with no additional charge for working on a holiday. He has good manners, explained the problem, did the job in a professional way, prompt and neat.
