Brite Cote Painting

Did a good job of making gravel room white. Also repaired some bad wood.

I helped my daughter buy a house that had a tar, gravel, and painted roof in South Florida. I've been told that although these kinds of roofs do very well during hurricanes and storms, they are not frequently being put on houses any more. We wanted to keep this special roof and searched for a while to find someone that could do the process that would help preserve the roof, make it more water tight. We found the company, Brite Cote, and was very pleased with the outcome. The company, although small, has been around for many years, and has been coating roofs in the Cutler Bay area for many years. They did the estimate in October but suggested waiting until a more dry season-November, to do the work. They did a great job! Along with my roof being more water tight and secure it looks fabulous painted a bright white. I did not see the company on Angie's List but wanted to share my findings with people in the area that are trying to locate a company to complete the process that I needed. This was my first time using Brite Coat Painting they did a great job. They completed the work in a timely manner and the man that schedules the appointments for the company was very pleasant and gracious.
