Description of Work: They put in a new paver patio, put in a new step and are now putting in a new paver driveway.

+ 0 moreI have contacted this company twice for a free estimate and possible seeking their services . They gave an appointment twice and they never showed up or call, si I guess they don’t need customers. It was easy to decide what company not to use . Brick Paver Group Inc is unreliable , the lady in the office treats the phone calls like nuisance, so the very first impression I got when I talked to her was not nice and then the appointment with Manny for the estimate never happened. They never called to follow up. My advice is for you to keep looking for a serious company, and this one is not .

I was very impressed. with everything from the estimate, addressing all my questions and concerns, and the work. There are waves in the pavers because they are uneven, workers do not speak any English at all - not even enough for basic communication and therefore a translator is required, office staff is very rude and the owner, Jose Fernandez is impossible to get on the phone. There are lots of paving contractors out there and you should do yourself a favor and deal with another one. This place is unprofessional and does lousy work.
