My name is Glenda Garcia, when I bought my washer and dryer, I also bought the warranty in case I would have problem in the future. 4 months after My washer would not turn on. I called to request a service repair under the warranty I had purchased earlier. Little did I know It was going to be a night mare getting it fixed. I have been trying to fix my washer for the past two months. The first appointment, I was not able to coordinate appropriately because the Tech did not call me a day earlier to plan the time frame. So, I had to reschedule there was no other appointments for like a week, so I waited. The next time the installer went to my house He said they had to order the piece because they did not have it on stock. So I waited again, Then when They finally called me to schedule the appointment when the piece arrived It took another two weeks. Today the installed went to my house but he said he could not do the job because the prior installer did not say that the dryer was on top of the washer, my dad was there willingly to help him. but he did not want to do the repair. so we have to reschedule. I have been almost two months washing my clothes in a laundry service due to the fact that my washer have not been able to be fixed. If I would have known the warranty service was such a hassle I would have never bought it.
