The man working in the appliance center is very unprofessional. We inform him that we are planning to buy a refrigerator but it looks like he's not interested assisting us at all and informing us about the purchasing process like we don't know anything. Very unprofessional.

I buy all my appliances here. They have great appliances at great prices. But when it comes to customer service, they're not very good. I always have problems paying there. The checkout lines are usually very long. They're very inefficient when it comes to check-out and things like that. Customer service on the sales floor is also lacking. The sales representative are usually busy doing other things. They used to not be like that.

They were a no-show for 3 scheduled appointments. First time they called the morning of to say the technician called in sick. The second time they were scheduled to come between 1:00 and 5:00-at 4:05 I missed the call stating they were going to have to reschedule-it is impossible to get dispatch on the phone. Third time they were scheduled to be at our house between 1:00 and 7:00. NO-SHOW!!! The technician, Yousely Rodriguez, reported that he called both contact numbers and no one answered. This is simply a lie. My husband nor I received any calls. Three days of missed work! I contacted the company and unfortunately they are not responsive and appear not interested-very unprofessional with poor business practices.

Shopping at Brandsmart is a challenge, but they have the best prices in town for appliances and electronics. Their showroom is crowded and unattractive, but the personnel are knowledgeable. Their purchase procedures are unpleasant and time-consuming: Writing up the sale takes longer than it should, and there are always LONG lines to pay. If the item is not to be delivered, customers wait again at a warehouse entrance with inadequate parking; this is outside, no matter what the weather is like, which is a problem in Florida. Installation is a mixed bag: they come when scheduled, but all work is subcontracted, and sometimes the installers are not competent. I always hate going to Brandsmart, but I return for big-ticket items (over the years, I have purchased appliances, electronics and computers) because their prices can't be beaten.

The sales people were helpful and made suggestions. We knew what we wanted and found everything there. They delivered on time and date we wanted. This store is economical and the best place to buy.

I was very satisfied with the salesman who helped me purchase this TV. I had many to choose from here and I was very pleased with the look and the reception of this Sony product. I will continue to use this company in the future for any large purchases such as this, and for the discounts they give, recommend thus to others.

Brands Mart is a very professional and organized service company. They never put me on hold for more than thirty seconds when I called them. It only took about fifteen minutes for them to install the ice maker and they stand behind their products and services.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO. THE MICROWAVE WAS FIXED BUT, NOW IT IS GOING DOWN HILL AGAIN. I THINK THAT WE JUST NEED A NEW MICROWAVE. IT WAS NOTHING THAT THEY DID.

THEY WERE VERY RUDE TO US WHEN WE TALKED TO THEM ON THE PHONE. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. THEY CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE ON THE WRONG DAY. THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM SO WE HAD TO BUY A NEW MICROWAVE.

THE SERVICE WAS BAD. THEY DID NOT FIX THE DISHWASHER. THEY FLOODED MY HOME AND TRIED TO DENY IT. I HAD TO PAY A PLUMBER TO FIX IT AND HE TOLD ME THEY FORGOT TO TIGHTEN A HOSE. THEY DID COMPENSATE ME FOR THE RUGS THEY WRECKED, BUT IT WASN'T WORTH IT.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR A WHILE NOW. THEY HAVE FIXED SOME OF OUR OTHER APPLIANCES. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX IT SO WE WOULD NOT HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER ONE. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS IT MADE WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
