+ -1 moreThe prices were standard for most of the items purchased. What made Bouche different is their customer service in which they excel. Al senior spent several hours with me helping me decide which appliances would best suit my needs. He even came over to my house to make sure that what I was purchasing would work with my kitchen. They are a family owned business and treat their customers like family.

+ -1 moreThey came in to set up the Washing Machine after purchase. It is a small warehouse store with one guy there and they ring it out to your house right away. It is run like a family business and is very wonderful.

+ -1 moreI loved everything about Bouche Appliances. Being able to order your appliances and have them delivered and installed is unheard of in my area. The price was not the least, but it was not the highest either.
Description of Work: Bouche Appliances ordered my stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. They said the appliances would be in within 2 weeks and they arrived with the appliances in 9 days. They installed the new appliances and removed the old appliances.

Description of Work: They helped me select an energy efficient refrigerator and dishwasher. They delivered it within a week. The refrigerator door opened the wrong way, they changed it in 15 minutes. The delivery men removed my old refrigerator and proceeded to deliver it to another address per my request. They were clean and quick. The owner has provided great appliance support for us for the last 30 years. His prices are always the lowest in town.
