It was too difficult to schedule an appointment.
Description of Work: No work was performed. On Tuesday I requested an appointment on Thursday or Friday and was told they would try to fit me in. I hired another plumbing company that offered me appointments on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and did a good job.

The plumber was on time, friendly and did the work as ordered. Overall, if I had to, I would call them again.
Description of Work: He had to buy parts for our very old toilet and installed them. I knew ahead of time that the parts are very scarse, so I wasn't surprised. Included in the price was about an hour of travel time, since the parts were in Coral Gables, and I live in Kendall.

COMPANY RESPONDED PROMPTLY, WOULD COME IN 3 DAYS (NOT AN EMERGENCY), COMMUNICATED TIME THEY WOULD BE HERE ON SPECIFIED DAY and WERE PROMPT. AL WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE and COURTEOUS. HE COMPLETED A COUPLE MINOR TASKS (FOR $187!) AND SAID IT WOULD BE ANOTHER $300 TO CURE THE GURGLING SOUND/FLUSHING PROBLEM IN MY BATHROOM WITH A STUDOR VENT. (I AM A FEMALE WITH NO PLUMBING KNOWLEDGE, BUT ACCOMPLISHED THE TASK (WITH THE AID OF THE INTERNET and HOME DEPOT) FOR $25 IN PARTS.)
Description of Work: REPLACED INSIDES OF ONE TOILET THAT WAS LEAKING. STATED LEAK UNDER HOUSE WAS "PROBABLY" DUE TO LEAKING TOILET. TIGHTENED 1 SHOWER FAUCET. STATED 1 REPORTEDLY LOOSE TOILET, WASN'T LOOSE.

THIS COMPANY CAME OUT ON THE SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT. THEY INSTALLED THE FAUCET WITH A TIGHT GRIP. THANKS TO BOB'S PLUMBING SERVICES, THE WATER FREELY RUNS OUT THE FAUCET WITHOUT SQUIRTING WATER OR SQUEAKING.
Description of Work: THEY SHUT THE WATER OFF, REMOVED OLD FAUCET AND PLUMBING LINE ON NEW FAUCET. THEY INSTALLED THE SEALER AROUND THE OPENING FOR NEW FAUCET. THEN THEY INSTALLED A NEW FAUCET, CONNECTED THE WATER LINES, TURNED THE WATER BACK ON AND BLEED THE AIR OUT OF THE WATER LINES.
