He was great! I called him and he was here 15 minutes after that. He was very fast and was organized. I was very happy with him. The pricing was great. I will definitely use him again.

They arrived on time, were true to estimate, however, the estimate said it was a 4 hour job. The plumber was here only 2 hours, which included 1 hour shopping for a dryer vent. The job was extremely expensive for what was requested. I believe it should have cost half as much, as their standard labor rates are $100 per hour. I'm very dissatisfied.

I needed a plumbing contractor to install new bathtubs, sinks and toilets in the remodeling of two bathrooms. I wanted to get two estimates. I called Bob's Plumbing and spoke to John. He said he would come out and look at the job and give me an estimate. Showed up right on time. His estimate was within dollars of the first one and I was impressed with his punctuality and professionalism so I decided to use his company. Boy am I glad I did. I couldn't be happier. The work required careful coordination with other trades and there was not a hitch. Bob's had to come to my house 4 times during the project and the plumber always showed up right when he said he would. The work was done carefully and accurately. Everything lined up as it should. The plumber even called me in before setting the toilet to make sure I was satisfied it was in straight. After the project was complete and already paid, I noticed one of the pipes under the sink was leaking a little and one of my new Kohler toilets also had a pin hole leak. It took a while to get the new toilet from the plumbing supply store. The store wanted to coordinate the pick up of the defective toilet with the delivery of the replacement. I notified Bob's and they coordinated timing with the store. Sure enough, the plumber was right on time -- just as the store truck drove up. And, what really impressed me was that Bob's did not charge me a penny more for having to come out a fifth time to replace the toilet. Within a day of installing the replacement, it seemed to be losing water. I called Bob's and John promised to get a plumber out as soon as possible to look at it. However, jiggling the lever seemed to resolve the issue. Nevertheless John called back as he had promised to see if I still wanted a plumber to come out. A week later he called again to make sure I was happy with the job and everything was working properly. Does it get any better than this ????

He did a lot of work and did a great job! Scheduling was excellent, he was able to fit me in within a day of my call. I felt the pricing was very reasonable. I had used their services prior to this to install a water heater.

I have used this company several times over the years and have always been satisfied with their prices, honesty, and service. Recently, the owner, John, came out within hours of my phone call to check out a possible pipe obstruction in my kitchen that might have to be removed in order to proceed with my kitchen remodeling plans. He determined that the pipe could be removed if necessary and told me to call him on the day my kitchen would be demolished. He did not charge me for that visit/consultation. On the day my kitchen was to be demolished, he came out again, determined that the pipe did not have to be removed, and noticed that 2 pipes needed to be changed out under my sink, which my contractor had not noticed. They always come at the promised time and call first. Work involved some wall removal and they cleaned up following the work.

We have done business with Bob's Plumbing since 2004. They are a good company and can be trusted to do a good job at a fair price!

They were told not to install a vanity untill a large mirror was removed. They installed to anyways. It ended up being their way or the highway. Had to call ownermultiple times to fix leeks and other plumping problems.

They did a wonderful job. They came, found the problem, and solved the issue in an hour and a half.

Everything was taken care of in two days. I could have been done sooner, but we had to wait for an inspection. Everything was great. I would use Bob's Plumbing again in the future.

On Wednesday, we had a clog in the kitchen sink. My parents had used Bob's Plumbing a number of times over the last 10 years and claimed that though they were pricey, the job was always well done. I called Bob's plumbing and hired them even though they had no record of the work they had done on the house previously. They came out to unclog the drain for a fee of $120. A day later, the ice machine line connected to the pipe that had been clogged sprung a leak. I called the company again and the same plumber was sent out the next afternoon. I paid an additional $115 to have the leak repaired. He left our house around 3 PM. By 5 o'clock, the kitchen was flooding again. I called and emailed the company, but it was after office hours so I had to wait until the next morning. I spoke to a nice supervisor explaining the situation in detail. They sent out the same plumber for a third time now to fix the leak. He repaired the same line as the day before and charged my father, who had stayed to let the plumber in, an additional $115 to repair the work he had done the day before that had lasted less than 2 hours! By the time I got home and discovered that we had been charged for the man to repair his faulty work, it was after business hours. The next morning, I called and spoke to the same supervisor and explained how we had been charged for his plumber's error. The supervisor, again nice, explained he would refund most of the money but needed to deduct the money spent on parts, about $40. Stupidly, I accepted because I just wanted this whole ordeal over with. I drove over to the shop to pick up the check and ask for an invoice. The invoice detailed the money spent on parts over the last 2 visits. It totaled $20 plus a $5 fuel surcharge for driving to the house!!! I was being charged $40 for the parts used on one day. 24 hours later, the line is leaking AGAIN! Needless to say, I will not be using this company ever again. They did not do the job they were paid for. They did not take responsibility for their errors and had no concern for customer satisfaction even though we had been a customer of theirs for over 10 years.

After receiving numerous quotes and outrageous suggestions to what would be needed to fix a plumbing issue in my home I called Bob's Plumbing figuring 4th times a charm - and thankfully it was. John, the owner, came over, took a look at a DVD of the pipes that lead into the home (that another company had done) and gave me his assessment as he walked me through it. He clearly explained his process and approximate time it would take and then sent me his quote. He was the most knowledgeable and professional of all the plumbing companies that quoted me and his quote was actually the most reasonable, so we went with him. He and his staff came as promised and explained their process every step of the way. His 2 workers, Mario and Mano, were in my home every day for about 2 weeks. There were others that came to take care of specific issues, John's brother Casey and John himself who managed to come in numerous times daily to check on the progress. We were extremely pleased with their work and care. We needed to replace ALL of the pipes in our home, which included the pipes that lead through our kitchen, down the hall, into our 2 bathrooms, our master bedroom, guest bedroom and hallways. It was a massive job but they were meticulous in their work and managed to keep my home as tidy as possible. Every afternoon when they were finished for the day they picked up their tools, covered up the work area and swept to make it clean. My home had mounds of sand and tunnels but they managed to make it look neat and less like a demolition site. Overall, I am extremely impressed and happy of the work they did and have been singing praises of their name to anyone who will listen. When it comes to peace of mind and getting the job done right, it's worth going with a true professional!!!!

The experience was very good. Joe came within the time promised and fixed part of the corroding pipe with a temporary attachment that enabled the water to be switched off. He told me that the pipe is corroding and that the whole line needs to be replaced soon, but it is no longer an emergency. When I asked, he explained how the job would be charged (by time+parts, not by project) and he gave a rough estimate for much time it might take to dig up the rest of the line to see the extent of the problem, so that I could get a range for the cost. He was professional in his work and clear in his explanations.

The service was good and I would highly rate him. I thought the price was okay. I was not there when they came but they set up an appointment and showed up on time otherwise my son would have complained.

I've used him before. I've been using him off and on for about 4 years. They charge by the hour and the price was fine if it took over an hour. It might be high if it took less than an hour. I will continue to use them.

They repaired plumbing lines that had been damaged by someone else. Their prices were reasonable, and they used quality materials. We would use them again. I've also just purchased a new refrigerator/freezer, and he need to iinstall a new water line from our sink to the appliance. He was very personable and reasonably priced.

Ok. A plumber arrived early, assessed the job. One of the company owners dropped by to check up on his plumber's progress and he explained to me just what was going on. 5 or 6 hours later the job was done.
