Bob's Bugs

It went well. We still had a few ants for the next few days, but they eventually all died out. I had never experienced this before, so I had to be patient and give it a few days.

We used Bob's Bugs for a couple years, no problems. But they didn't show up the last two times. First time, no explanation. We rescheduled, then they didn't show up again. Apparently they were trying to call but they didn't have the right number, even though in their words, "I gave them the right number" They offered free service the next day (Saturday), but we lost confidence in them. You would think that after the first time that they wouldn't screw up the second time. Nice people. Good product. Just wish they didn't leave us waiting around twice.

When we moved our business to Miami we tried 2 different pest control companies. The first one was terrible - never showed up. We would have to call to remind them that our monthly visit had been missed. The 2nd company we used had no one that spoke English, which is a problem for us because no one here speaks Spanish fluently. Bob's Bugs to the rescue! We've been using them for over 2 years now and they are great. Knowledgeable, takes pride in their work (a rare commodity in Miami), responsible and punctual. Highly recommended!

We recently moved to Florida and have heard how bad the bugs are. Since we don't know when the last time the perimeter was sprayed, we called to have someone come out and educate us on Florida bugs and what to do and look for. We had them spray the perimeter of the house. We had a few small bugs here and there prior to the spraying. It was nothing I was concerned about, but we definitely wanted to be proactive. I saw some dead bugs by the outside of the doors after the spraying, but haven't really seen any inside since other than an occasional ant in a bathroom. Since we didn't really have a bug issue before, I can't really rate the quality. I did find the technician knowledgeable and personable.

I had scheduled an appointment with bob's Bugs for 2pm one day. I left work early to meet them there and at 2:15pm I got a call from them telling me that 2 of their trucks broke down and they won't be able to make it. I was not happy because I lost valuable time at work and I know they could've called me sooner. I rescheduled and the second time they did show up even though it was a few minutes late. It is not rocket science to spray around the house out of a container so it is difficult to rate that. I have used Orkin before and they actually opened all my bathroom cabinets and really got in there. Bob's bugs didn't do that but as long as there are no more bugs inside the house my wife will be happy. They also had a much better price than Orkin.I will give their quarterly service a try as the person that came out was friendly and knew what to look for. We'll see how it goes.

Good service. Rep, polite and helpful. Sprayed extra bedrooms for additional $5 each as advertised. I asked about having regular service. Rep. quoted a price and said I would get a call back. Did not get a call back .Still waiting.

It's gone very well. They are reliable, come on time, are friendly, and professional. Tony is who comes out for our service.

Lionel Rios was the technician who came out to do the work for me. He was very polite and professional. He was understanding and flexible with his schedule as I had an appointment to go to the day that he was coming out. He was punctual and responsive and very informative. He did a very thorough job and I am very satisfied with the work that was completed and I would highly recommend his services to others.

.Haven't had services yet. Reasonable pricing and so far so good with communications.

I sent an email with some detailed questions. Not long after I received a message on my voice mail. Bob, the owner, had answered all of my questions about rodent bait stations, refill service, and costs. Was fractionally higher than another vendor who our property manager was familiar with. So we went with the other vendor. Will definitely consider Bob's Bugs in the future though. Sounded very professional and thorough with details.

When I called to schedule the service, they informed me that they do not service my address, even though my location was listed in their service area. They were nice and professional and informed me to that I need to request a refund.

It went ok. I’m not 100% sold on them yet.

It went well. The bugs came back a week later. (However, it rained immediately after they sprayed, I believe this could have caused the return of the insects) They came out an additional time and sprayed and we didn't see any other problems with bugs. They offered a guarantee, if it didn't work the first time they would come back out, which they did and we haven't seen insect problems since. They also use an organic spray, I really liked having this option.

Everything was fine. Scheduling was easily done by email with a confirmation of the day they were coming out. The treatment took care of the problem.

Everything turned out very well. It was excellent. They came the first time out I paid them $50.00. Then I called them and said there was more activity; they came out free of charge. They were very professional. I wished I could give them an A+.

Nice guy, but limited interest in my bug problems. Basically, he wanted to spray and get out. I had ant problems at several locations. He assured me the ants would be gone. The spray treatment did not phase the ants at all. Solved the ant problem myself with Terro from Home Depot (Great stuff).

It went well but he insisted he come every two months but I wanted every month.

The service turned out very good. They got me a better rate then the competitors, and the people of the building had a lot of requirements. We had a little bit of a misunderstanding, but once they got here, they did it fine. They have been here 3 times already. The first visit was $70, and then I spoke to the owner, and he charged me $60 to come out every three months. They did not charge me for the address where I live, they charged me for the service. He threw me an extra room. Other guys wanted to charge me $200 for the initial visit. They are always good, there was only a misunderstanding about the building, they didn't communicate with the technicians, and the guy was late the first time. He was a little lost and had to park on the street, and that made him get delayed. I asked them to send the same person every time. They were cordial on the phone. I called them to say their guy was late, and they called him to know what was going on, so it seemed like they were on top of things.

The price was awesome. I found them on Angie's List.

It was good. There were no issues. I would give A's across the board.

They did a great job and worked hard to make sure everything was corrected.
