Outstanding service on time. A good explanation of their chemicals products and reasonably price.

Bob was very knowledgeable and educated us on what our problem was. He did a treatment to get rid of the main problem but will eventually have to tent.

Everything was good. Kayla came out with paperwork & the tenting was completed within a few days.

It was very good; they did the job. They had to come twice. I had a problem with fence coming into the house. I contacted them through Angie's List. I think it was them. There were two of them and I chose Bob's Bugs. They were more than happy to come again and did not charge me for the second time. The price was fine, excellent. They were here at the time they said they were going to be here. They were very professional and gave me some hints. I believe at that time I also had a problem because I have a cat and I was letting him out into the patio. Since he likes to go outside longer and longer we found that we had ticks in the house and they took care of the ticks and the ants.

We have already seen a significant reduction in the Bugs that we had problems with. They also helped us with a rat problem in our Grahame.

After a few appointments were cancelled by the company due to bad weather (even though I was primarily worried about indoors, since my cats were being boarded until the 1st indoor treatment was completed,) an exterminator finally came out on a Saturday. I immediately sensed something odd about the exterminator's behavior, as he seemed far more interested in chatting with my family and me, than with doing the actual work. When I asked for his name, he made some odd joke and I still have no clue what his name was. He did a half-measure spray on some baseboards, and completely skipped open areas and baseboards behind furniture. Eventually, he moved to work on the lawn. When he came back from spraying the lawn, he complained about the height of the grass (our lawn service had been delayed by a day because of rain), suggested we fire our lawn service and hire a friend of his. He took a check for the amount quoted over the phone. Our house is undergoing renovations, and he had more to say about that than he did about the exterminating job. It was only after he left that I noticed the charges on the bill were for general pest treatments, and not the flea treatments I needed and had ordered. The office had closed by that point, so I was unable to call them again until Monday. I then called 3 times during the morning, and my dad called several times, and we never received phone calls back until later in the evening. By that point, we had our phones set to go to voicemail, and no one from the company even left a message. Because of the mistake, I've had to board my cats for an extra two days until a decent exterminator could come out and do the work. I do not recommend this company.

Very honest. Very good company. It worked. He came in and saw some weaknesses with the structure of my residence. He said that during the rainy season, there would be no sense in doing the tinting with a flat roof. I am hard when it comes to pricing. These days, everything is expensive. He actually came early. Usually they'll give you a time and I guess he was trying to beat traffic, so he showed up early.

Very responsive and quick turnaround time. I will continue to use them and would recommend.

They were here early, but waited. They explained what they were going to do, what was done and how often we should repeat the service to control the pests. He was very observant, pleasant and thorough. The amount due was exactly as quoted. It was very stress free.

I referred him to my parents too. He did not charge me anything. He gave me advice.

He responded promptly and came to my house on time. He was very helpful and also diagnosed a mealybug problem he noticed on my hibiscus. I would call him without hesitation if I had a problem again.

Bob himself always answered questions and made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable with the whole process. They're the best

They came when they said they would. Very nice and took time to show me what the issue was. I didn't rate on price as I have no idea what the typical cost should be. Seemed expensive for 2 blasts of termite foam. BUT 2 months later the termites were back in same spot!

Excellent! The company contact int heir office is Kayla and she is terrific meeting our scheduling needs. The technician Yoshi walked the yard wit me to ensure I was comfortable with the service he was going to do.

We found some termites dropping in 2 places in and outside the house. Living in Florida this makes me very nervous, so I wanted to tent. Bob came and inspected the entire house thoroughly; He also measures it to be able to give me an estimate in case. Alter this inspection; His conclusion was that I did not need to tent since there was only a spot and there was no sign of life termites. He explained how it works and what are the signs and everything about the bugs photos etc. His knowledge is so deep and extent that I was relly impressed. This is certainly not your regular pest control guy. Once the finished, He had built the trust. A very honest company that could have charged me a couple of thousand and move on. Instead, I feel they are in the business of building customers the old way, with good service, knowledge, quality and reasonable prices. How refreshing. I will certainly be a steady customer. Its a gem.

I have used them for years, very good, whenever there is a problem that starts inside the house you call him and he comes back and sprays with no charge. If there is a big problem Bob comes.

Bob is absolutely awesome! It is rare to find a service provider of his caliber in Miami and I would rate him A+++. He will jump through hoops and go out of his way to help you because he is a genuinely good person and wants to deliver customer service excellence. And he does just that. I plan to use Bob for all my pest control needs in the future.

My lawn was looking awful due to serious fungal and weed issues. Tech came out as scheduled, was courteous, and performed what was needed. In short time the lawn was growing full again and green. Still needs upkeep but much better than before.

I've used Bob's Bugs before for localized treatment for termites and have been very satisfied with the results. So when I recently discovered that termites were swarming in several areas of the house, I contacted them to arrange for tenting. They responded quickly and we agreed upon mutually agreeable dates. The crew showed up promptly in the morning and began. I didn't hang around but checked later and everything seemed secure. When I returned next day, the tent was gone and I saw no evidence that they were even there. I am quite satisfied with Bob's as a company and highly recommend them (although I'd be just as happy if I never had to deal with them again).

It went great except that almost immediately after they sprayed the exterior of my home we had a torrential rain storm that lasted off and on all day. They told me when I called that the spray needed to set for at least one hour. Since it wasn't able to due to the rain, they very readily agreed to come out on the next clearer day and did just that. They are prompt, courteous, on time, and very good about the re-spray without any issues. I definitely recommend and will use them for any further extermination needs.

Awesome service! I called and spoke with Bob the owner and discussed the problem and his proposed solution. He quoted a fair price and turned me over to his assistant for scheduling. We set a date for next week. I then talked to my GC who wants to pour concrete sooner so I called them back. Although the company has more than a dozen employees, the only person who was available to come today was Bob himself...on his birthday. He was at the house within an hour. Truly, this is service above and beyond the normal call of duty...and shows there are great, service-oriented, customer-friendly companies in Miami.

Very professional tenting sub-contractor and was helpful with updates on tent removal times and re-entry times.

It was terrible. First of all, I called and asked them what was being offered. They called back and said they'd give me a special deal as long as I did not go through Angie's List. It didn't do any good because the bugs are still here. I would never use them again.
