Thank you for the compliments. Concierge...we've been called many things (usually good) but I've never heard concierge. That's a good way to put it. We do our best to address any issues our customers may have, or answer any questions. When you've been in the business for a while, you tend to learn a lot about a lot of different things...from roofing, to waterproofing, to regular handywork...not that we offer those services...but we can point out potential problems that may affect or be the source of your "bug" problem. Description of Work: Bob's Bugs services our property on an ongoing basis. It is like having a concierge service. Bob is the only one that has been able to save the Phoenix Robilinis, get rid of a rat problem, and roaches. They do everything and Bob is very honest and knowledgable. Their phones are answered promptly and intelligently. Dave my service guy is very pleasant. Everyone is pleasant and effective. I got this company off Angie's List. I'm happy.

Description of Work: Smooth communication, quick service, knowledgeable staff. Technician was professional and friendly and was willing to discuss pricing. A keeper for us! They came for a pest control call and we'll call them again for re-treatment in a couple of months. We're also considering their lawn services. Overall good experience.

We understand how someone would think that they are overpaying for a service when it only takes 15 minutes...but you are not taking into account the time we spend on the outside of the home as well. The time we spend in a home is dependent on the size of the building we are treating. We sprayed the interior of the home and we also spent some time spraying the outside perimeter as well. I don't think this was taken into account in your review. We treat the entire perimeter including window and door frames. Also, we offer a guarantee with our service. You called us to state that you were still having problems and we went back out and re-treated the property. Even though the time we spent inside your home was short, we did provide a full service treatment which was not mentioned in your review.

Description of Work: They sprayed for ants. They sprayed all around the house, up the walls 3 feet, around the windows. They will be back in 3 weeks for another treatment. We thought we had termites, but Bob showed us we had destructive ants instead. He was very professional and knows his bugs! He is honest as the day is long. I recommend him to everyone who has a bug problem.
