Description of Work: They come out 4 times per year for pest control services. They are very dependable, they always come out whenever you need them and are able to come out to you very fast. They are great, I know I can always depend on them! A+!

Description of Work: I was very specific of my needs with the problems I was having in my landscape and that I needed the person who was going to do the job be knowledgeable of the problems and be able to give the price. They sent Leonel and two days latter he came and sprayed all the lawn and landscape. 10 days latter my good grass was turning gray and my |Hibiscus turning yellow. I called them and Leonel came back saying that they would check back in another week. They never came back nor called. Two months latter Kayla called me to service again. I explained to her how upset I was and she told me to give them another chance with no charge. Leonel came back and had no idea of the no charge and I showed him that they killed the good grass and the yard was full of weeds. The avocado tree had turned yellow and looked seek. He said Bob the owner was going to come to my house that he had followed his boss instructions on what to spray with. This was on August and still waiting for Bob to come. I was very clear of all the plants and on my landscape, and that they to be aware of how some plants are sensitive to certain chemicals. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: The basic comment is "unprofessional." The service was termite tenting. The tenting was scheduled for a Wednesday at 9 a.m., but was not completed until Friday night, from 7-9 p.m. Instead of apologizing, the owner yelled at me, for quite a long time, on the phone. He used harsh (profane) language. When he discovered that the company he contracted to do the work was indeed lying to him, he called back and was apologetic. My business advice in this case is check with your contractor BEFORE you swear at your paying customer. Further, the actual tenting was foreshortened by at least 12 hours; so, the intensity of the poison was increased, and the time before the inhabitants returned. In fairness, the tenting team performed their safety tests. But the whole experience made us very uncomfortable, in a situation which is indeed dangerous - termite poison is deadly. Again, business advice is: try to make your clients feel safe, not upset and nervous.

Description of Work: I called them because of problems with ants in my kitchen. The first visit did not get rid of the ants and they did come back. Their treatment did a good job as far as the rest of the house was concerned; no bugs anywhere else for a long time. The problem I had called them about however was not fixed. I finally did research myself and found out I had to identify the type of ant and buy something to kill that kind of ant. I determined I had ghost ants. I went on Amazon and found a product people were raving about. I ordered it, used it, ant problem fixed. I am disappointed that a professional exterminator did not explain what the deal is with ants in south Florida and how to combat them. Since they didn't fix the problem I called them about I can't give them the best score. The service did take care of other bugs and the technician was prompt and nice so I am rating them accordingly.

Description of Work: They sprayed three guava trees for scale when they were called for a special visit. In addition, Bob's Bugs sprays the lawn and ornamental plants on a bi-monthly service for $55.00.

Description of Work: used the contact form on their webpage and received an email the next day. able to quickly schedule an estimate and services would have Been provided that day if weather had allowed. I only give a B rating because both times they showed up 30minutes late and I had to call to confirm someone was still coming to the house.
