Please keep in mind that you can help our treatments go further. there are simple steps that you can take to keep mosquitos from breeding in your yard. Turn over pots or other containers that can fill with water during a rain shower, replace water in birdbaths often, and clean out gutters so that water doesn't accumulate. I was very happy with him. My experience with them is all positive. They were very professional. They make an appointment. They called before they came, and they show up on time. They answer all our questions and explain everything. With regard to price, I have nothing to compare it to, so I will say that it is good. I would use them again.

thank you for taking the time to share your experience on Angie's List. Termites suck...well...they don't suck...they chew...your wood. If left unchecked you'll come home one day, walk up to your door and realize...you don't have a door. Well...never seen a case so extreme except in cartoons...but the truth is that termite damage can cause serious problems and can eventually compromise the structural integrity of parts of your home or floor. Some older houses are built with a crawl space and that lovely hard wood floor you discovered when you pulled up the carpetting could collapse (again, extreme case). It's our job to keep that from happening. If you see any more evidence of termites or termite damage, give us a call and we'll go over the options. Excellent! Bob was very informative and knowledgeable. He patiently explained treatment options and provided estimates for spot and tenting. He recommended tenting, which we agree will ultimately be necessary, but were happy to have completed a spot treatment with him a few days later. Excellent service!

After the mechanic finished up, he told my mother that she needed a transmission flush, a radiator flush, new tires, new flux capacitor, two new thrusters, and a new hyperdrive... Ok...the last three I made up...but the concept is the same. Pay someone to perform a service, only to have them try and convince you that you NEED a bunch of other stuff that you probably can't afford, or don't want to afford. That's just wrong. We pride ourselves on customer service. I write that in almost all of our replies to Angie's List members because it is the truth. We wouldn't be providing excellent service if we were trying to defraud our customers by conning them into buying stuff they don't need. We want to build long lasting relationships with our customers, and any relationship built on a lie is not built to last. We build our relationships on honesty, which leads to trust. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The treatment itself was good; originally they told me it was too late so I had to tell them that I had purchased the Big Deal coupon. They called me back to schedule, but they missed the first appointment, which is understandable because we had heavy rain here. They did not call me about it and I had to call them. On the second appointment they showed up on time and the treatment really helped. The service, itself was good, but they could use better customer service. The treatment was actually pretty heavy duty, much more than I had last year. They had a truck out front and it was similar to what the city does with a sprayer hooked up to a truck in the front which really fumigated the entire back yard. It was much, much better than earlier treatments I have had.

Summer is a busy time for mosquitoes and for us...it's also a busy time for rain. Because of the nature of our business, and in an effort to keep our customers satisfied...we won't treat a property before iminient rain, during, or immediately aftewards, as it will dilute the treatment and render it useless. Because we can't predict the weather (and lets be fair...neither can the meteorologists) sometimes we are caught off guard and have to scramble to reschedule all our customers for the day. We do try to accomodate and contact everyone and we appologize for not contacting you more timely. On the plus side...we are very happy that you were satisfied with the service. We do try and give our customers the best treatment possible and we work hard to ensure that all our customers are satisfied. I originally had a bit of a scheduling hiccup based on Bob's secretary being on vacation. He rectified the situation by coming out to personally supervise our job. He sprayed the house in its entirety and his workers sprayed the yard. They showed up on time and were courteous. Additionally, Bob provided 2 services for us free of charge as compensation for the original misunderstanding. He is very concerned about his level of service and I am looking forward to continuing using his service going forward.

The first time they came, as soon as they left it rained so they came back the next day at not charge. They came for two weeks and the third week they didn't show up so I called to see what happened, the treatment has to be for three consecutive days. So they started all over the three applications at not charge. They are very professionals and Kayra, I believe is her name goes far and beyond to make customers feel special. This is a company that I will gladly do business with, no contracts that you have to be stuck with and the prices are reasonable., $75 per application. Thank you.

I called him and he came out right away. He brought out another worker and their personal help was invaluable in guiding us through the process and the correct treatment of the infestation problem. He is very personal and understanding.

Little did I know that I had moved to, as Bob put it, "the bug capital of the world"! My first week here and I was ready to go back to the snowy mountains of PA. Waterbugs...I was living in my own horror movie until I called. Bob talked me down and had a tech show up the next morning. It's been 2 weeks, and other than my husband finding 2 dying, the day after spraying (Bob said we would), we've seen nothing! Bob recommended coming out again in 2 months, and I will definitely use him again. Professional, friendly AND effective. You can't ask for more!

Bob's bugs is a great company. We have been using them for over a year to treat our home for insects, and they orchestrated our recent termite tenting (with a third-party vendor that they work with). Bob and his team are honest, trustworthy, reliable, and very knowledgeable. We had a lot of palmetto bugs when we moved in. Since using Bob's service, we haven't seen a single one in the house. Bob also assessed a termite situation, provided a reputable tenting company (hard to find in Miami), arranged for a security guard, and supervised the entire project. All at a very reasonable price. Bob also helped us find a humane (non lethal) solution to a possum family that was living behind our house. We have been extremely pleased with his service, and we highly recommend the company to others.

It went very well. They come out promptly. Their equipment did leak a little one time on my wooden floor, but when I told them, it was taken care of. They are well priced and I would use,the, again.
Description of Work: I had a bad tick infestation inside and outside of the house. Spoke to Bob cover the phone and he seemed to be very knowledgeable. His crew came as planned and did what they had to do. They came out a total of four times - the last one being free- since they offer as ome kind of guarantee that if the problem is not taken care of in three visits they come out a fourth free. I don't blame them not being able to make the pesky critters disappear in three visits; but their services did help a lot. Ticks are very difficult to get rid of and we had a serious infestation. We have a lot of greenery around the house and a large yard. Getting rid,of ticks was a mission, but we were pleased with bobs services and called them back a few more times to keep fumigating the back yard.

I could hear scurrying and scratching in my attic during the night, so the next morning I looked in Angie's List for pest control in my area and found Bob's Bugs, an A-rated listing, and gave them a phone call. Bob was out on a service call, so his office staff asked me all the right questions and relayed my answers to Bob, who called me right back from the road and made an appointment to inspect my job early the following day. Bob arrived at my condo on time. He first inspected the attic, where he found rat droppings, then walked around my building looking for possible points of entry for the rat(s). Since no openings were found, Bob gave me two rat-traps and a list of needed maintenance for my building's Condo Association. He did not accept any payment. He shook hands and wished me well, then drove off. I cannot imagine a more positive experience in dealing with a tradesman that the one I had with Bob, and so I am recommending him without hesitation.
Description of Work: Attic and grounds Inspection, diagnosis, recommendations for remedy and preventive maintenance.

I have used other companies in the past for bug problems and nobody could come up with a solution. I called Bob and he came right out and solved it almost right away. He was friendly and was on time which is what was really important to me. There was no messing around, got right to the point and corrected my problem. Went above and beyond because it needed to be addressed. Didn't need to sign any contracts, came out with other employee to show him the area for the first service.
Description of Work: I had him out for an estimate because I had an emergency with my lawn. I had Fungus & White Fly (insect problem). He diagnosed the problem and treated it.

Spoke to Bob on Monday afternoon and made an appointment for 7:30-8:00AM next morning and Leonel was here at 7:30 AM and gave me an estimate of $80.00 and did the work on the spot. Leonel was very professional and knowledgeable about the Whitefly and knew exactly what to spray. I would highly recommend Bob's Bugs Inc. and would use again.

I hired Bob's Bugs to spray for whitefly in May 2012. They treatment worked well (the damage was not that bad) and I didn't need any more treatments. Bob's Bugs kept calling me to spray and fertilize the lawn, get rid of weeds etc. I told them it was not needed. They came, I guess because I did not see them, and billed me regardless. They keep sending this bill for work I did not authorize.

Excellent service by knowledgeable people.

The owner came out and did a quote for our property in Homestead. He was very courteous and even respected my wishes to remove his shoes prior to coming in. We have a really bad ant issue on the outside of our town home. Bob recommended spraying on the inside and outside of the home. So we setup a date for them to spray our house. The rep that came out was very friendly, he listened to my concerns and sprayed areas inside and outside where I had seen ants. We also had seen a small palmetto bug every now and then in the kitchen area. I was concerned they were coming out of the appliances we had purchased from a warehouse. The rep sprayed inside the areas with no issue. Bob said it would take three weeks to notice a difference in the ants. I have already seen improvements and look forward to when they are all gone outside. The best experience I have had with a company since moving to Florida. Thank you. Dale

Awesome! Showed up on time, did a thorough job and gave me a business card to contact him if I don't see the results I wanted. It has only been a couple of days so it's still too early to tell but the interaction and professionalism is a definate A+! P.S. He used chemicals which were safe in my animal (not pest) friendly house!

I would appreciated to have a call and let me know that no one was going to show.
Description of Work: I had an appointment with them yesterday morning at 10 and they called me and said the technician was having problems with his vehicle so they re-scheduled for today at 10. They never showed up so at 10:30 I called them and the woman said she was just walking into the office and she sees that the technician is out sick.

These guys are awesome. They are responsive, timely and cost effective. They stand behind their product and will respray at no cost if you are dissatisfied. They show up exactly when they say they will and perform the services in a reasonable time. Additionally, I had a strange pest leaving droppings in my garage. I emailed in pictures of the droppings and Bob called me the same day to identify them as coming from a harmless gecko lizard. What local business do you know where the owner takes the time to reach back out to you the same day with no immediate sale at hand? Talk about impressive. It is important to note that they have an AWESOME staffer who handles all of their inbound and outbound customer calls. She is friendly, reasonable and proactive. She called me once when they had to reschedule and setup a new appointment. I once had to call them to reschedule and she was very accomodating. My time is valuable. So this characteristic is super important and rare in Miami Dade County. I highly recommend Bob's Bugs. Don't waste your time with any other service providers. This is the team you want to use. You won't be disappointed.

Great experience. He came to my house, inspected the area and realized I didn't have a problem. What I saw was remnants of an old problem that the previous owner possibly took care of. We just bought the house and don't know if it was tented before, but he was able to tell that there was no current issue. He was professional, very knowledgeable and honest. He didn't want to charge me to do anything I didn't need and put me at ease that I didn't have a real issue. I will definitely call Bob again for all my exterminating needs if they should ever arise. Very satisfied with the level of service provided.
