+ -1 moreMade an appointment for an estimate for 9:00AM Saturday morning, when he didn't show up I called and got the answering machine 3 times. He finally called at 2:00PM, chuckling, to say that it couldn't make the 9:00AM (?). We had a brief discussion about his lack of professionalism.
