+ -1 moreBill has been servicing our AC for over five years. He responds immediately, especially to emergency calls. He is punctual, reliable and very fair in pricing his services. I've referred him to many of my family members and they are pleased as well.
Description of Work: He has replaced our condenser. He has removed and cleaned our AC coils. He has refilled our Freon.

Description of Work: Bill Yates Air Conditioning started servicing my existing, old, problematic central air-conditioner (1-2 years ago) when the previous company I used became quite expensive, unreliable and provided questionable services. Bill Yates has always been professional, fair and reliable and when the time came to get new central air-conditioning I contacted Bill Yates because I would get honest answers and the job would be done as scheduled. I called Bill Yates, he pulled the permit for a new air-conditioner, applied for a rebate with FPL and arrived on the scheduled time and installed the indoor air-handler and the exterior unit with no issues. I would recommend him to others and he will actually be installing a new air-conditioning system for a friend of mine.

Description of Work: We used Bill Yates Air Conditioning about two months ago but have been using him forever. He didn't charge me anything last time because the time before it was about $150 and two months later a similar thing happened. So he just came and repaired it for free, he didn't charge me.
