It was great working with both Al and his brother Eddie. Their bid was significantly lower than the other company we got a quote from and they did the work quickly and professionally. There were no surprises - the couple of contingencies that came up like plywood decking that needed to be replaced and extra layers of felt that needed to be removed had been covered in the contract and were handled accordingly. We're very happy and would definitely use Big Al's Roofing again.

One thing I was concerned about was whether or not they would be responsive once I signed the contract. I have to say that they responded to all of our texts and phone calls so that was a plus. The work was done pretty quickly, they didn’t tear down the roof until the tiles were ready to be delivered, unlike some of our neighbors who had the roofs undone for months and still waiting for tiles. The work was done within 2 and half months from the signing of the contract to the roof being done, which was good because I have some neighbors that have their roof undone for over 5 months. We did have a lot of questions and they did answer them. We will of course have to wait to see how long the roof last but it looks very nice right now.

Went really great. At the edges, the workers doing the silicone application got a little sloppy and got drips on my BBQ and trash cans, but time will remove them. The larger spots, I removed easily. The cost to me was much better compared to others who bid. The job foreman was personal and easy to work with. All-in-all, a great experience and the cap-sheet is terrific - house much cooler and not a leak to be found. Very satisfied.

received various estimates -they were not the lowest. however, they were very flexible with timing and sent photos of problem area and fixes. would definately recommend them.

The team came out and repaired the roof and cleaned it.. they did a good job . the team was very courteous and worked quickly to complete the job.

Eddie and his brother did a great job on my house. There was mess around the house and completed the job very quick. They are very honest and to the point. I would hire them again.

Our barrel tile roof 31 years old needed replacement. A price was negotiated tile was chosen. Work did not start until tile was delivered. Good point. Removal was swift with cleanliness. Assembly was also swift with timely inspections. Al's crew was courteous and Al and Eddie were easy to deal with and helpful. Solid recommendation

I had difficulty hiring a roofer for this small job. Most roofers did not bother contacting me. BigAl’s came and gave me a reasonable estimate. The roof was cleaned within days of signing the agreement. However the replacement of the damaged tile and repair of broken tiles was done weeks later. This was partly a scheduling problem but I had to call back a couple of times to get the job finished.

I couldn't have made a better choice of a contractor for replacing my roof. It was not a simple job since 1/3rd of my roof is flat and the remainder shingled. Alvero, the owner of the company, not only lived up to the terms of the contract but went beyond it without charging extra. The project was done in 6 days, and the cleanup was outstanding, as was the protection of my pool. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for first class roof work at a reasonable cost.

We met with 4 other roofers before we decided to go with Big Al's. They provided us with a full explanation of the process and timing. Pricing was fair and competitive. Once the tiles were due to be delivered, they started the work and completed the installation efficiently. The inspections were timely. There are other homes in our community that had their roof work started before ours and they still are not yet done. Overall it was a great experience for our first time getting a new roof.

Big Al's has performed great roof repair work for us. We have had them work on multiple projects with both built up roofs as well tile roofs. They have worked on commercial buildings for us with minimal disruption to the personnel in the buildings.

Before hiring Big Al's Roofing, I had the opportunity to observe this company as they replaced another tile roof in our neighborhood. I met with Al, (Alvaro) the roofing company owner and was impressed with his easy going personality, (not high pressure). He explained everything involved regarding the replacement of our tile roof. He gave a written, detailed estimate and went over each item and procedure, answering all of our questions. The other thing I liked about Al, he didn't trash his competitors to get the job, he sold us on the quality of products he used, along with the service and commitment he has toward customer satisfaction. I will be honest, having a roof replaced can be a little stressful, dealing with lead times for roof tiles, materials and of course our south Florida weather. However, Big Al's relieved us of most of that stress with excellent communication skills, always keeping us informed by phone, e-mail or in person. Oh, and always responding to our questions and concerns within minutes, not hours. We are so pleased with the effort by everyone that went into providing us with our beautiful new roof. The Roof looks so nice we need to paint he house, now. Lol. Big Al's Roofing may not be as well known as other companies, but I can assure you, you won't find a better roofing partner to do your home. Pleased to recommend this company. Called Big Al based on reading other's review of the company. Big Al came across as very knowledgable and explained the options and the pros & cons for my site - lots of roof and trees. I did some research and went with an extra membrane and extra roof vents to cool down the attic space. It all went as described and without any extra cost. Big Al seemed trustworthy and based on my experience he and his company are. I highly recommend them. Reasonable price , excellent work. Roof with GAF shingles looks very good.

Very nice group of guys hard working, concentration onbgeeting the job done, don’t waist no time. Pictures before and after, no worries about permits or inspections, they have it covered. And job is warrantied even after installation of solar panels.
