Couldnt have been happier with the overrall experience. Professional from the first consultation. Price beat all competitors. Quality of product i researched on my own and it was very reputable and reliable materials. Staff was punctual and always showed on time. Put in full days work and did amazing job with setting up and cleaning up. Big Als was A++ experience. After great job done my parents signed contract with them right away. Their warranty covers roof longer than competing companies too. Pleasure to work with and happy to send them to other friends and family.

Repairs went well, he took pictures of areas on the roof that needed attention. He was very efficient. He also found an area in the front of our house, gave us an estimate for repair and I do believe his price was reasonable. We have not done the repairs as yet, but will definitely contact him when we're ready.

After the drywall ceiling in my bathroom started showing the signs of water damage, I figured I'd go up in the attic and check to see if my roof had a leak. Finally, I had it traced to a vent that went through the roof, so I knew that I had to get a roofer in to repair my roof. Oh, did I mention that I live in a townhouse that was built only four years ago? Well, I do, so I wasn't very happy about it. Since I didn't want to have to go through the whole rigmarole of contacting the company that apparently didn't do the initial installation correctly, I figured that I'd find a smaller company a shot, since the "large ones" obviously don't seal their roof penetrations correctly. And that's when I found Big Al's Roofing. I contacted them on a Monday through Angie's List, and believe it or not, I was actually contacted that same day! We made plans for him to come out and see what he was up against, and (because of my schedule) the following Monday he was there. After determining that what was necessary for the repair (it wasn't as simple as I initially though), we made plans to complete the work on that Wednesday. On Wednesday, Al showed up with his crew, and the only way I knew that he was up there was the banging on the roof. A few hours later, the guys made their way down, and the work was done! As the steps of the repair were being performed, Al documented the work on his camera, so when it came time to explain the work that was performed, it was all there for me to see in pictures- the problems with the initial installation, the steps in the repair, the reassembly of the roof, etc. I felt completely relieved that the roof was fixed, and since I actually saw the steps in performing the repair, I knew that it was done and done right. Big Al's Roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him for any sort of repair job. They are professional, timely, does work as-good-as-if-not-better-than the big roofing corporations, provides a warranty with their work, and are reasonably priced, too!

Al did an amazing job on both my homes. He is very professional, written down everything he would do...in a timely manner as promised. Everything went very well from start to finish. Big al took care of everything including permit and close out. The men were very professional and did a great job. I had no complaints. I would recommend big al for your future roof. His prices were also more competitive than other quotes I got.

I met with Alvaro and he was very attentive to our needs. He understood that we needed the job done in a timely manner as our house had very bad leaks. From the moment the contract was signed to the final inspection he maintained excellent communication with us and everything went as planned.
