The shower Delta ball valve control would not shut the water off. The plumber replaced the ball valve, o-rings, springs and gaskets. The rebuilt shower control does not leak.

Problem: Never received a copy of my paid invoice. As I result, I do not have documentation of the work done and the make and model number of the faucet that was installed.

I'm certain that I overpaid because I was in a vulnerable position where I needed a water heater and didn't have a Plan B, but besides that, the work and timeliness were excellent.

Everything was good.

Very quick to respond, scheduled visit next day and performed work while there. Let work area spotless.

They did a great job for a quarter of the price that I was quoted by another company. The other company was trying to do more work than we actually needed and charge us like 1500 dollars but luckily I found Benjamin Franklin and they fixed our problem, and quickly! Also, for only like a fraction of the price the other company quoted!

The office gave me a 3 hour window for arrival and kept me advised of delays. My tech did arrive by the end of the 3 hour window and it took 2 hours to get my kitchen drains unclogged! So glad they were able to get the job done! I did some minor cleaning up after the job was completed. Yes, it was an expensive job but now I feel safe and I can use my dishwasher without any problems!

The guys showed up on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Felt the cost of the repair was expensive, but they did a great job!

They were on time. explained what needed to be done. Job was done quickly and efficiently. I would call them again.

Pricier than others, but at least they showed up and fixed the drippy facet and the wobbly toilet. Another Co. (unfortunately I donâ t remember the name of) was supposed to show up for an estimate, and never showed up. They were supposed to be here by 3 PM. I wasted a morning & afternoon waiting for them.

The two men showed up on time. They spent less than five minutes analyzing the problem. They explained the charges and the new membership plans offered by Benjamine Franklin. We joined after which they spent approximately twenty minutes completing the repairs. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. We are pleased with the results! Joe M.

They called promptly. Their technician Steve was fantastic, incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that not only was our issue resolved, but that all our questions were answered.

Scott was great! Very knowledgeable and got the job done.

I feel like I was price gouged because I was a woman without knowledge regarding plumbing. I paid over $800 for the gentleman to change a cracked pvc pipe and change the tank/flap on the toilet. First the guy told me $1395. After my neighbor came over and told me to call the company that service my irrigation system he called the office and it went from $1395 to $813. I took pictures what was fixed showed another professional and was told it shouldn't have cost me more than a couple hundred dollars. The gentleman was pleasant but most con artist are. The work was done very quickly. It took maybe an hour to complete the job. $800 an hour I'm clearly in the wrong line of business...

Excellent service! The tech was knowable and customer satisfaction was his priority. All my questions were answered and the products he installed more than addressed my needs. I have recommended them to our neighbor and they are buying a unit also.

Everything was 5-star except for Customer Service. I originally made an appointment via Home Advisor and was told when BF Plumbing called that the time was not available and that a “time window” was required. So made the appointment for the same day between the hours of 10-2pm. At 2:30pm I called asking where the plumber was and was told I was not on the schedule. Not happy spending 4.5 hours to find that out the day of the appointment. Spoke with someone at BF Plumbing who took down all the information about the job to be done etc......so don’t understand the mishap. Other than that they showed up the next day and did a great job.

Quality work and excellent customer service. Rates bit higher than competition

The tech was nice, but could not clear the drain. They charge $69 for service call and evaluate. They waived the $69 and charged the $99? The drain is not clear and they do not know why. While I felt the $69 was the service call. The drain was not cleared so truly wonder about the company.
