Horribly water damaged house was internally appraised by BOA for at least $ 100,000 more than actual value.

I have sooo many accts at BoA, and a pretty big chunk of change. They don't care small/medium businesses. It's smoke and mirrors. They don't listen to customers and don't really care about their pathetic customer service and phone line. I know why BoA is going down the tubes... it ain't solely due to the investment bank division. Service and understanding new businesses is apaulingly poor. Use any other bank. it cannot be this bad.

The only reason I bank with them is that the banking process online is very clear and easy, but they?re awful if you go to the bank itself. I have 4 children - I have a new-born baby too. I forgot my deposit slip when I went to the drive through and they wouldn?t give me a deposit slip, even as a one-time favor. There is always a humungous line in there, and they?ve been particularly annoying with every single request that I?ve had. They cancelled my debit card because I went into a store and charged $400 on a certain product; they thought that that was weird, and so they just stopped my card. I was in the store and couldn?t run it. They didn?t even call me. This happens all the time. They actually do fix the problem if you want to sit around and wait for hours. As long as you keep a certain balance in your account, they don?t charge you anything. I hate them; I have no choice but to continue to use them in the future.
