+ -1 moreGabby of B.A. Garage Doors, Inc. is a true professional. I had a new garage door system installed by a different company on August 1, 2018, and I wasn't able to get them to return to fix the system that had stopped working because a bolt had fallen off. I was frustrated with the installing company as my calls and texts were not being returned. I called B.A. Garage Doors and Gabby was able to have someone come and fix the problem. B.A. Garage Doors will be the company I will definitely be calling in the future.

+ -1 moreCost in line with other companies, not cheap but fair. Very fast. When I called they offered to dispatch someone, but it declined as it was late in the day. Arranged for someone to come the next day. Called first by their dispatcher to tell me tech will arrive within the hour, then by tech when he was near. Tech was great, explained what he needed to do, worked quickly, offered options, cleaned up when done. Great attitude and friendly.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. The appointment was for 11 am. He called at 10:30 to let us know that he was delayed at his previous appointment . We rescheduled for 2 pm which was convenient for us. He called again at 1:45 to let us know he was on his way. He arrived at 2 pm sharp.
Description of Work: The chain from the electric lift master garage door opener fell out. The part that attaches the chain to the motor broke. The gentleman who came had to replace it. He did it in a very professional way cleaning after the job was done. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and answered all questions. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

I have used BA several times in the past and I always felt their prices are reasonable, while providing high-quality work.
