 + -1 moreMr. Ruiz was supposed to pull a permit. He went & applied for one but has not closed it out. Now the county is claiming that he installed the fence on an easement. Mr Ruiz does not answer any phone calls to rectify the situation.
Description of Work: We contracted w/ Mr. Ruiz's company B & G Fence to install a wood fence on the North side of our property along with double doors on the east side of the property. He was recommended by a friend who had just used him and had done a good job. He started the job and pulled a permit but never closed out the permit and did not finish final repairs that he promised to do. We paid him the final (since it was before the holidays) with the understanding that the permit would be finalized in the first days of the new year. He never has reappeared and does not answer his phone.
