Description of Work: I had to get a tub refinished that was previously refinished years ago. Over the phone, Frank said I would have to get the old paint scraped off and then redone. We set an appointment for an estimate and he was actually on time. He gave me a quote that was reasonable and fit me into their busy schedule. The two guys that came to do the work were very nice and also on time. They did a great job.

Description of Work: A representative came out promptly, was very courteous and professional, and gave me a reasonable quote for refinishing my kitchen counters. On the advice of my real estate agent I didn't have the work done, because it was unlikely to affect the sale of my condo. But if I need similar work done in the next place I buy, I will certainly call them.

Description of Work: Frank is terrific. Not only does he have a great respectful staff that does a professional job, but he has many good ideas on what will look best. He has done three different places for me, and I need him to do two more. Every job has held up over the years and I could not have been more pleased. |If you have a plastic looking tub, old style tile, or anything that needs updating...you cannot go wrong here.

Description of Work: I was never able to get Frank to give me a bid. I went to the trouble of sending photos to him and he responded by sending a text the said (where is this place located) What a wast of time I don intend to have to chase some one to do work for me. Do your self a favor and don't call this company.

Description of Work: We called B&F on two separate occasions to setup an appointment and on both occasions we were given a day that they would "try" to come, but would call the day before.......I guess they did not try hard enough because on both occasions they never called or came. What type of company does not have the decency to even give you a call back. I know this was not an oversight on their part, because they did the same thing twice......don't bother calling them. Call anyone else. I cannot imagine any of their positive reviews are real.....they must be from family members and friends.

Description of Work: Refinish of bathtub would have been great however an area the size of a plate was missed. Did come back out however it was a patchwork which didn't work. The entire tub needed to be redone. They did not return my call or respond to my email which included pictures of the issue.

 + 0 moreThey came out and gave me an estimate, showed up when they said they would and did the job exactly as they said they would. I have an older 1959 home and my cabinets were two different types real wood and laminate . Counter tops were original and old and worn. I went from ugly brown to a crisp white and choose a counter top that would complement the white cabinets. Everyone who visits my home is stunned by the difference the job made in my kitchen. I could not afford to put up new cabinets or a new counter top - but B & F All Surface made my kitchen look 100% better.

 + -1 moreVery good. This tub is in a condo on the beach, and working in condos, especially this one, is a real pain for any contractor. B&F nonetheless provided all of the paperwork, licensing and insurance documents well in advance so that no problems arose on the day of service. The apartment is rented out, and the tenant was very pleased with B&F's service person. He came on time, was very pleasant and professional, completed the job while she was working in the next room without disturbing her, and left the bathroom in very good shape. The tub looks great. I would definitely use B&F again if the need arises.

 + 2 moreI have used this company many time since 2000. I am always pleased beyond my wildest dreams. We own rental properties and they have resurfaced ALL of them. The work is superior especially to stand up to tenants. We have had them resurface 5 tubs. 2 complete bathrooms, 3 sinks and a kitchen. The cost was anywhere from $150.00 to $1100.00. We have always been 100% satisfied and one tub had been done 10 years ago and still in great shape. I recommend them to anyone, landlord or home owner.

 + -1 moreTHEY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY ROOF. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT DID NOT LOOSE EVEN ONE TILE DURING THE HURRICANE. BY GETTING MY ROOF COATED, I SAVED MY SELF A LOT OF MONEY.
