I did not want to remove, replace, or remica my existing Formica counter tops. Frank offered a very affordable alternative that was just what I needed. Frank was very easy to work with, very professional, and punctual. The work done was flawless with superb attention to detail. Such a pleasure to find someone who sets a fair price and takes pride in their work.

I had multiple rust spots (holes) on my tub. The service tech contacted me the morning of the appointment to confirm and arrived at my door within the window promised. He was friendly and efficient. The BEST part was that after looking at my tub the tech (after calling the home office) he told me not to waste my money repairing it; any repair on a tub at this state would not hold long and be more Bondo than metal. He recommended that I not repair but replace; B & F does not do that work, so he wasn't up-selling. Thank you for the professionalism and honesty! I am not looking forward to shelling out the bucks to replace, but it is better than washing my money down the rusty drain and then just having to replace in the near future anyway. :-)

Called and got the owner Frank who was very professional. I explained my situation and that the tub had been refinished twice before and it did not last a year. He explained that it must have been poor chemicals the other provider was using and he has been in business for 20 years and give a 5 year warranty on his work. He said my job wouild cost just a little more than standard because it needed to be stripped down prior to refinishing. He worked around our schedule and the tech showed up on time and the tub looks brand new. Thanks B&F!!!

Everything about this company was excellent. From the first contact with Frank C. To the actual work done by the other Frank. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Relocating from NJ I have been less than impressed with the quality of services in the Florida area. From the moment I contacted this company I had an intuition that I was going to receive the quality of service I had come to expect in NJ and they did not disappoint. They came when they said they would and completed the work as promised...no delays. If I had to give one negative it would be that the smell of the paint is overwhelming but it did dissipate by the end of the day they painted with the help of their exhaust fan and our open windows. I am thrilled with the results. I highly recommend them if you are considering resurfacing (repainting) your kitchen cabinets. The best thing was I could choose any color I wanted. I used Benjamin Moore's bar harbor beige. I only wish I could submit a picture with this review.

I spoke with Frank on the phone about refinishing my bath tub. He seemed professional and proud of his service. Based on the images on their web site, and Frank's explanation, I thought it sounded like an excellent service at a reasonable price, $295. So I said, "Yes, let's do it." Frank said when he got back to his desk he would look at his calendar and call me back to schedule the service. I never heard back. I am disappointed with this lack of professionalism.

Frank was very fast is his reply to my inquiry. He came back with a quote within 24 hours of emailing photos of the job. He was able to schedule within a weeks time. Although the tech ran late the day of the appointment he was in constant contact to alert me of his status. When Casio arrived he was very pleasant and hard working even at the end of his long day. He did an amazing job and was very polite and neat with his work. I would have liked a little more instruction regarding paper and tape removal but Frank answered my questions right away via email. The price, service and 5year warranty are super! I highly recommend this company.

I called and talked with the owner (Frank) who had his tech (a different Frank) contact me to schedule an appointment. Frank showed up on time on the scheduled date and was quick and thorough in prepping the tub for treatment. This involved masking off areas near the tub and removing some hardware and covering other hardware with blue latex gloves. The reglazing process took about an hour. As Frank left he explained how to remove the masking and reassemble the hardware. The next day, well after the indicated 24 hour wait, I began removing the masking and a chunk of the new glazing about 4 inches long and 3/4 of an inch wide chipped off the tub. I immediately contacted Frank the owner but had to leave a message. I also sent him an email. The following day I had not heard back so I contacted Frank the owner again. He told me he'd have Frank the tech get in touch with me to arrange a time to stop by to repair the chip. Through a series of miscommunications and telephone messages, it took fully a month for Frank the tech to get back to repair the chip.

Frank the owner was prompt for his appointment. The estimate was fair and we agreed to do the job. The job was scheduled for the following week. This is a 2 day job. John the technician was prompt and clean. He removed the old shower door, covered all surfaces that were not going to be refinished, set up exhaust fans and prepped all the areas by scrubbing the surfaces. The bathroom looks brand new. I would definitely recommend B&F Refinishing for anyone considering refinishing their bathroom tiles.

Frank did an outstanding job of prepping the galley and bathrooms on our boat for refinishing the surfaces. He refinished the countertops in one day. It was a bit challenging due to the humidity that day, and Frank returned to sand an edge that didn't set well. I highly recommend his services due to his response. Also, refinishing is such a great value compared to replacing countertops with another synthetic or natural material.

They did work for me and they were great. The guy who is the owner was fantastic. He's great, he came, told us exactly what he was going to do, gave us some good advice on what we should do, the job was beautiful and I'm very happy. Their price was very good and it was a beautiful job. Every time I called them, they called me back and they did what I asked them to do.

It went well. They came when promised and completed the work within the time quoted (about 3 hours). After they finished, I noticed a run in the paint on one of the walls. I called the Company and they immediately came out and fixed the area. You could not tell it had been repaired. Overall, excellent experience.
