He always answers, he complies with the schedule and provide a good quality.

I will tell you, nicest guy, but completely undependable, and his work is substandard. I hired Raymond to completely redo a kitchen, bathrooms, and cabinetry. he was always, always late, always had an excuse, always had a truck breaking down, always too busy, never returned calls and worse does not stand behind his work. The painting of the cabinets was so poor that within a year I need to have the cabinets refinished. he does not return calls because clearly he doesnâ t want to deal with it, and always says heâ s stressed! His prices werenâ t any better than anybody elseâ s and his â customâ work was totally not worth it. I have a friend who just redid his kitchen in the same style and gosh, what a difference between his work, and the work that we got. Gave him plenty of opportunities to make it right and after two years pretty much giving up. Was totally not going to write this review as I do like him, but, buyer totally beware.

The work is not finish yet when it is finish i will come back and write a review. Very good costumer service

I was promised the work on a Thurs. On Thurs. he said it would be Fri. On Fri he said it would be the following Wed. On Wed the table was not dry which meant he only started working on it when I called. I finally got my table back the next Thurs.

Raymond has no clue about time lines, however his work is good when he finishes it. If you are particular about professionalism , then he is not the guy! Work wise, he is!

Raymond came out promptly and gave me ideas and an estimate ... he was very polite and professional and did a wonderful job refinishing my cocktail table and console! I couldnâ t believe how quickly he was able to do get the pieces back to me! I am actually in the process of hiring him for another project! highly recommend him!

This contractor is outstanding. He is methodical and we got a quality product. They fabricated a cabinet for us to match existing cabinets and the owner worked hard to obtain a color match. He also installed the hardware inside the cabinets. He was very conscientious and delivered what he promised and more. We will highly recommend him and rehire him when we need similar services.

The actual work on the reupholstering was done in an impressive few days. Wood furniture was refinished flawlessly. Recommendations were made for reducing expenses. I am very satisfied.
