They did a very good job. They were also nice and professional, and the price was good.

Terrible. Called 3 times and left message for estimate. No one ever called me back. Will NEVER consider using them again!!

I called Tuesday morning to request the service and after explaining the problem I was requested to send some pictures by email. Nobody called or email me so I called again on Wednesday morning. They scheduled the work by Thursday 9 AM. On Thursday I had to call them again because they didn´t show up at the agreed time. They finally came at 11:30 AM They are very professional and the replacement was done in a meticulous manner so no complians in terms of the "technical" part.

From intial contact to final installation the people at Avery Glass were prompt and responsive to my requests. I wanted to replace a broken mirror in one of my bathrooms. A technician came the same week to measure for the mirror. Within a month, my new mirror was delivered and installed to my complete satisfaction. The personnel from Avery Glass were neat, prompt, and very professional.

I needed to replace a round glass table top for a patio table. I needed it replaced before having house guests for the holidays. I went to Avery Glass, which is not a retail glass facility, per se, with a showroom, and initially was told that getting a table top from one of their suppliers was probably not a possibility in the short turn around time that I requested. However, they volunteered to call one of their suppliers to see if they might have one available....and they did. In two days I had the table top, exactly what I wanted. I was very appreciative of the fact that they offered to find a table top for me on such short notice.

I called Avery Glass and Mirror after breaking a sliding-mirror closet door the weekend before Thanksgiving. I had been having trouble finding someone who would repair these types of doors, most of the glass and mirror services I called only did complete installations. The contact person at Avery, Carol, was very helpful and friendly, she asked me questions, and even gave me a few tips such as bringing the door myself to bring the price down. The store has parking in the back of the store which made it very convenient. They called me two days later (sooner than I expected) to tell me that the door was ready for pick up. I examined the job and I was pleased. I recommend them and will keep their number for future projects.

I have used them before to replace a bedroom window; they were on time; did the work quickly; and left no mess at all; the job was somewhat difficult because the window was high and there were a lot of shrubs in front of it.
