Aventura Florist

The business was completely unresponsive and rude when I called to complain. I had taken a photo of the flowers that I offered to show them when the owner said that there was an orchid and other flowers that clearly were not included! I would never use this florist. There are many other options in the area.

Within 5 minutes of her having it put on her arm. I had three photographers on there a t the time. In one she is wearing it and in the next it was off. The orchid pooped off. The only thing was the wristband and the backdrop of the orchid. I took it off and I wasn't sure where I left it. It bothered me that my mother did not have a corsage. Today I noticed the receipt. I went over, figuring they would understand. Rick the owner wasn't there. Valerie who was there told me she only worked there, she couldn't do anything about it. I told her that she could contact her manager. She gave me a card with Rick's name on it. Rick called me back at 3:30. Rick told me that Valerie offered me a new orchid which she didn't. I told him that was not true. He told me I should have come back the day after. I told him I was exhausted and didn't get back in town till Tuesday. I did not see what the difference was that I didn't come back on Monday. he told me there was nothing he could do about it. I told Rick he could credit my card.
